Bosch: Legacy was the big selling point when Amazon launched their ad-based streaming video service, Freevee back in 2022. The spin-off was a big hit and has had two seasons on the platform thus far, with a third season on the way. Prime Video streamed all seven seasons of the original Bosch series from 2014-2021, and many of the supporting cast have returned for guest appearances in Bosch: Legacy, with fan favorite comic relief double act, Detectives Robert 'Crate' Moore and Barrel Johnson (aka Crate and Barrel) turning up in both seasons.
