The Hulking Toboggan is a legendary artifact with the power to double gamers' sliding speed and throws a protective shield that lasts for 10 seconds and reduces damage taken by 50% whenever players slide. Not only that, but the amp shots also consume the protective bubble and can increase single-shot damage. The quickest way to get them is to either find them in the chests towards the south of the Stormblind Complex or going to the Heavyweight Harker boss fight in Borderlands 3.
The Extended Disciplined Torrent is a Borderlands 3 legendary SMG gun that is available in each element. The Disciplined Torrent can fire 25 rounds a second and comes with a large magazine size and decent accuracy. Also, the projectile pattern doesn't affect the gun's usefulness, and it can also be used to blitz enemies easily. The gun can be found in the northeastern chest close to the center of the Stormblind Complex.
The Steady Handed Infernal Wish is a shield that has the power to double a player's damage by adding an extra projectile to every shot when the shield has charge. However, this effect only works with single bullet weapons. Another thing to note is that the shield can also combust and burn gamers, which can also be seen as a benefit when coupled with the right ability. The shield can be found in the southwestern most chest in the Stormblind Complex.
The Pestilent Kickcharger is an elemental rocket launcher with the ability to shoot elemental lasers that pierce through shields like it was nothing. The launcher has a high damage count of about 200,000 and only consumes one ammo count per shot, unlike other RPGs. The exact damage can vary depending on how long the player is charging the weapon. It can be found in the north most chest within the Stormblind Complex.
