Monster Hunter Rise players can use this guide to find the location of the Rhenoplos Egg so that they can unlock more types of Dango from the chef.

Besides the main story and Hub quests in Monster Hunter Rise, there are an abundance of side quests that players can take on to unlock new features in the town or to receive some helpful items like Mega Potions or Great Wirebugs. A majority of these side quests will come from Yomogi the Chef in Kamura Village, and one of them, in particular, will task players with finding a Rhenoplos Egg and delivering it to the item box.

Completing this quest will reward Monster Hunter Rise players with a new type of Dango effect --Dizzybloom Dango to be specific. By using this guide, players will find out where to find the Rhenoplos Egg and how to carry it back to camp safely.

To start off, players need to speak to one of the quest maidens and go on an expedition to the third locale in the game, the Sandy Plains. Players need to make sure that this is done in Low Rank, as the egg will not appear in the High-Rank version of the area. Once players land in the area, they should head to the underground section of Area 11 to find a Rhenoplos Egg nest. Before players pick the egg up, they should know that the egg will need to be carried all the way back to the main camp south of Area 1 in order for it to be successfully "delivered."

While hunters carry the egg, they are not able to fight monsters and if a player gets attacked by one, the egg will drop and break. So hunters should be extremely careful while carrying it, making sure to avoid large creatures. Once the egg is picked up, players can immediately head south to walk out of the cave and back on the main level. Players can get to the goal faster by using the Wirebug when available and they can also climb up vines on the wall.

However, since there are no vines that take players immediately to the base camp, players will need to take a long way around and go through areas 2 and 1 until they reach the blue supply box. Once players make it there, they can simply press the A button to deliver it and the quest will be marked as completed. From here, players can complete the expedition and head back into the village to speak to Yomogi at the canteen.

Monster Hunter Rise is now available for the Nintendo Switch. A PC port is expected to launch in early 2022.
