Call of Duty Mobile has been a huge success for the series and has built a dedicated fanbase that loves its online FPS action. With Call of Duty Mobile's Season 3 starting in just a few days, the title is slated to deliver a drop of new content for players.
Like many online multiplayer games, Call of Duty Mobile has adopted a seasonal structure of introducing new content to keep the game fresh for players. With its large variety of different game modes, each season brings with it new weapons, maps, cosmetics, and gameplay additions that keep growing the game.

It has already been confirmed that with the new season, players will get access to the PP19 Bizon submachine gun as well as a new map called Coastal, but the official Call of Duty Mobile Twitter account has posted a tease that indicates the title is getting a new sidearm as well. Although only a silhouette is pictured, some dedicated Call of Duty fans have determined that the silhouette perfectly matches that of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's popular Renetti pistol. The tweet does not make it clear how players will earn the pistol when Season 3 launches, but it most likely will be unlockable through the free section of the season's battle pass.
While the Renetti's statistics could possibly be altered for its Call of Duty Mobile inclusion, the pistol was very popular in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. It was favored for its close-quarters power as when near an enemy it could kill in only three shots, while at medium ranges it needed only four shots. Hopefully, the pistol's powerful history will carry over into Call of Duty Mobile, but that remains to be seen when Season 3 launches for players soon.
With everything being added in Season 3 it is no surprise that fans are so eagerly anticipating its launch. Call of Duty Mobile has been getting a lot of great additions lately, such as the return of its Zombies mode, which is undoubtedly a big reason for its monumental success. The title has been a big boon for the series and has managed to be an extremely successful translation of Call of Duty to the mobile platform. With the announcement of an upcoming esports program this year, the future is very bright for Call of Duty Mobile and Season 3 looks like it will be a great place to jump in for any interested new players.
