After a week of stalling and holding out hope that the moderators of the Grand Theft Auto Online NoPixel roleplay server would show some mercy, it appears that Felix "xQc" Lengyel is throwing in the towel. According to the popular streamer, his most recent ban was likely his final one, as it could be permanent.
xQc's history in the NoPixel server hasn't been one without a wave of controversial moments and actions. Although the server promotes creative roleplay and criminal activities including killing other players, the server strictly prohibits killing without a cause - the precise reason behind his first ban. His second ban came shortly after xQc took the opportunity to exploit a glitch, sneaking a gun inside and shooting up a police station. The final nail in the coffin came when his character, notorious bank robber Jean Paul, received a jail sentence of 224 months. Frustrated by the sentence, xQc encouraged his viewers to "chat hop" to other streams to protest the action. Although the streamer apologized for his reaction, the mods of NoPixel decided to ban him a third time.

The former Overwatch pro doesn't have the most bans in the server and, for a few days afterwards, remained confident that he would be unbanned. In fact, he gave a date as early as April 10, which has come and gone by now. Since then, he's stayed relatively quiet, and an update posted to his offline chat suggests that he's given up hope.
In a short message which was reposted in his Discord chat, xQc states that he's "done with all of it," having waited for everything to clear in the server. However, rather than continue to stall, the streamer instead decides that he'll assume the worst - that he's been permanently banned from the server, and would otherwise try to move on.
Interestingly enough, around 9 hours after posting that update, it was reported that the streamer had finally been unbanned from the NoPixel server. In all fairness, xQc can be a pretty entertaining content creator when he isn't amidst one of his "malding" moments, even having Sykkuno come to his defense following his last ban.
On the other hand, many viewers and streamers alike are aware of xQc's tendencies to over-dramatize nearly anything he's involved in. In the aftermath of the OfflineTV Rust saga, xQc's effect on the GTA Online NoPixel RP server was almost to be expected. The major difference between then and now, however, appears to be accountability. The moderators of the NoPixel RP server are making it clear that xQc's time in the server will be severely limited if his antics continue.
