Assassin's Creed Valhalla players will need to collect an inordinate amount of iron ore. The raw material is used to upgrade weapons and armor, and gamers will be doing a lot of upgrading while progressing through the storyline. Thankfully, iron ore is a plentiful resource in Valhalla, if players know where to look.

This guide will cover all of the concentrated iron ore locations to make farming the resource quick and easy. While this article will not cover every single outcrop, it will detail the locations of multiple nodes throughout England and Norway in Valhalla.
Gamers will find a large number of iron deposits in three specific locations, which are detailed below. Players will be able to fast-travel and find the nodes within just a few seconds.
One of the best locations to find ore in England is in west Hamtunscire. Gamers should fast travel there and get all of the iron ore they will ever need. In the valley near the Hamtunscire fast travel point, there are at least thirty nodes lining both the hills and valley.

Even better, players can fast travel to east Hamtunscire and find six to ten nodes. Each of the nodes will be located right below the fast travel spawn point. East Hamtunscire is probably the most convenient location to farm a handful of nodes. Gamers that do not mind traveling on horseback for a minute will find iron ore scattered just south of the U in Hamtunscire. There, players will need to look for a large rocky formation on top of a hill. The area has at least 20 nodes in total if players can find them all.
The next location has an incredible number of nodes that line the coastline from Wyke past the Kilnsea Shipwreck. Gamers can travel east along the coast and north all the way to Flaneburg Priory. While these iron nodes cannot be collected as quickly, players should find fifty nodes at a minimum while taking this route.

The route may seem like it will take an eternity to traverse, but if players use their mount and eagle eye, it can be completed in under ten minutes. There may be an occasional wolf roaming around, but those are the only animals that pose a threat while players are near the coast.
Another good location to find multiple nodes is in Glowecestrescire on the rocky outcrops. Gamers should look at the rocks to the north and then head east down the hill to discover a few more. The nodes will spawn on the large rocks protruding from the hills.
While searching for nodes on each of the maps, gamers will want to use their eagle eye frequently. It will identify any points of interest in the immediate area and make locating the small nodes less stressful. Likewise, using a mount will make the search much more efficient. Many of the node locations will have multiple hotbeds that are scattered across mountains and open areas of the map. Gamers will not want to travel the entire way on foot.
There are two concentrated node locations in Norway. The first is in the mountains just to the north of Fornburg. Players will be able to locate up to six nodes in the general area, which is right between Valka's Hut and the Adrift Refuge. Gamers can fast travel to the peak of the mountain if they have it discovered and make their way to the foothills. There, gamers will find the nodes, which will be on the western and southern slopes of the mountain.
Gamers can also find a few nodes near Rygjafylke. Players can fast travel there and head to the path on the northwest side of the mountain. Gamers will immediately want to go down the mountain to the west. There are pools of water to jump into if players do not have reduced fall damage. Iron nodes line the snowy path that leads up the mountain.
The most efficient way to collect as much iron ore as possible is to spend half an hour fast traveling to each location and collecting as much ore as possible. After the half-hour, new outcrops will spawn in each of the locations above. Once players have some practice using these streamlined routes, they will remember the general areas of each node and the process will be much quicker. Just three or four run-throughs and gamers should have all of the iron ore they need for the foreseeable future.
While the two areas in Norway have a fair number of nodes, Hamtunscire and the Wyke coast have exponentially more. Gamers should stay in England unless they are speed farming so fast that new ore has not yet spawned into the game. With all of the locations in this article, farming iron ore should no longer be the tedious and monotonous task it was when the game was launched.
