There are only so many guaranteed Legendary items you can get in Outriders. Here's how you can find them all.

Legendary weapons and armor are some of the most sought-after items in Outriders, but they are few and far between while going through the story. Luckily there are a few ways to get some guaranteed legendary gear to top off a build with.

Unfortunately, these legendary items will be specific to the character's current level and world tier, they are still helpful for completing the story. Of course, players could always try farming for legendary items, but the likelihood of them dropping is extremely rare and won't happen until they are on world tier 6.

The Outrider's Legacy is a long side quest that players will unlock when they reach Trench Town. They will be able to get the quest by interacting with a hanging corpse near where their team sets up their gear. This quest will lead the player around different areas in the world to get access to a bunker in the Quarry. Completing this side mission is guaranteed to drop a legendary item for players to take advantage of, as long as they survive the onslaught of enemies at the end. Another bonus that this mission offers is multiple chests that have a chance at dropping another legendary if they are playing on world tier 6 or above.

Unlike The Outrider's Legacy mission, the Big Iron side quest is much shorter and easier to complete. This quest, however, comes much later on in the story after players come across Utargak. At this point, players will likely be playing on world tier 8 or higher so the legendary item they receive will be a good upgrade to their current gear. Unlike the previous side quest, the Big Iron quest will allow players to choose the legendary item they receive.

Hunt missions become available for players to complete once they reach Trench Town. At that point, they will start seeing the animal print symbol across the various areas they have previously visited and upcoming areas. There are a total of 10 hunt missions for players to complete.

Completing all of them will net the player a guaranteed legendary weapon. Be careful, some of these missions can be very difficult. Players will want to keep on their toes if they want to complete them all. Another reason players will want to complete these missions is the guaranteed epic gear that they receive after each one.

Wanted missions, like Hunt missions, each give the player a guaranteed epic rarity item for each one they complete. Not only are these missions a great source for loot, but experience as well. Most of these missions will have players fighting off tons of enemies which will net them a good amount of experience. Unlike, Hunt missions, Wanted missions tend to be a little more difficult depending on the target. At least for all the effort, players will once again be rewarded with a guaranteed legendary once they complete all of them.

The Historian missions are the first ones that players will come across when they get into the game. Right after they reach the first town and go out onto the battlefield, they will find a symbol of a book that marks where the first of these quests is. The gear won't be amazing at first since most of the rewards are rare tier, but it will help for a while until the epic gear starts dropping more frequently. These Historian missions will keep popping up as they make their way across the world. Complete all of them will net players another legendary item. These missions are also easier than the Hunt and Wanted missions.

There is a hidden legendary item that players can obtain in the Canyon of the Grand Obelisk. While traversing the map, players may have come across three pillars that are scattered about. One is at the end of the Grand Monolith area, and the other two are on opposite ends of the Canyon Entrance location.

Activating all three of these pillars will allow players to open a door with three glowing runes. Once players get the door open, they can walk down the stairs and claim the legendary item that awaits them.

Tiago is one of the side characters that players will meet as they travel across the planet. Later on, Tiago becomes an essential part of completing Expedition missions and can even offer some legendary loot. Every week, Tiago will update his inventory of elite offers. These elite offers are legendary weapons and armor that players can grab if they have enough scrap. Of course, the highest tier of loot isn't going to come cheap so players will want to stock up on currency before going on a spending spree.
