Another update is out for Grand Theft Auto Online, with Rockstar unleashing rewards and gifts for those focusing on various activities.

Players hopping into Grand Theft Auto Online this week will have plenty of updates to enjoy. Rockstar Games continues to build upon its successful multiplayer with a series of benefits all throughout the upcoming week. Detailing on the bonuses on the official newswire, fans will be able to partake in rewards for biking, racing, and 4/20 in GTA Online.

GTA Online has come a long way since the original release back in 2013. It even received the Cayo Perico expansion with a new location, heist, and host of vehicles. While this recent update does not add extra content, it does throw in a series of bonuses and discounts for players to take advantage of.

The main focus this week looks to be for players who enjoy vehicular gameplay. Fans can get ready to knock foes out of the ring during Sumo or Sumo Remix GTA Online modes, as Rockstar is awarding triple GTA$ and RP in each. This lasts until April 21, but if bashing cars is not an ideal activity there are more ways to grab rewards. Completing some Biker Business Sales in GTA Online this week can earn double on these rewards as well. Those who prefer RC Bandito Racing can also partake in the celebration with twice the payout.

Rockstar is also celebrating the infamous 4/20 holiday with a series of collectable items in-game. Players can pop by Ammu-Nation for a High Flyer Parachute Bag or LS Customs for Green Tire Smoke on the house. Binco, Ponsonby's, or Suburban is offering a Green Space Horror Suit too for those looking to stylize. For logging in this week, players earn the Fake Vapid and Camo Rockstar T-shirts as a extra gift. They might also want to get in a few rounds of the Cayo Perico heist too, because thieves gain double for all the Weed stolen. These benefits disappear after April 20, so those interested will want to jump in before then.

So all in all, not a shabby update for those still partaking in the chaos of Rockstar's signature multiplayer. Additional bonuses for certain activities is an easy and straightforward way of making RP and money fast in GTA Online. Since Rockstar is following a general theme here, vehicle aficionados should have a lot of fun this week. With all the free gifts and extra items to pick up, players can celebrate the upcoming anniversary for 4/20 too.

Those who have seen all there is to offer in the online mode will likely skip out on this week, though. All these years on, veteran players will probably already have all the cash and RP needed to enjoy the game. With a recent mod bringing Cayo Perico to single player, other gamers may not even log on for that anymore. Nevertheless, Rockstar continues to keep GTA Online rolling with another weekly update.

Grand Theft Auto Online is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions also in development.
