NVDIA's GeForce Now newsletter circulates with subscribers and claims that DLSS support is coming to Call of Duty: Warzone with the Season 3 update.

Nvidia is about to bring deep learning super sampling (DLSS) support to more audiences, one of the biggest of which is the Call of Duty: Warzone community, according to the newsletter for the company's GeForce Now streaming service.

Call of Duty: Warzone will begin receiving DLSS support on April 22, coinciding with the Season 3 update. Raven Software recently stated that the update will receive changes including a Roze skin change, weapon updates, and more. There are several changes coming to Warzone with the Season 3 update, so the visual upgrades for PC players are just a piece of a large update.

Nvidia's email detailing the Call of Duty: Warzone DLSS support isn't the only place where fans are seeing information about the new feature, as Raven Software teased it as part of a recent Twitter thread about the Season 3 update. Fans of Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War have already been enjoying Nvidia DLSS and Nvidia Reflex, so they have an idea of what to expect with the visual update, but Warzone fans have a lot to look forward to.

Activision, Nvidia, and Raven Software have yet to confirm the information in the GeForce Now Newsletter that's circulating. For those who haven't tried Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War with DLSS support, the gameplay will have a smoother FPS and it offers an improved visual fidelity on PC rigs that have recent Nvidia graphics cards. DLSS support will boost frame rates and improve resolution without negatively impacting the image quality.

The newsletter specifically states "Warzone DLSS launch on 4/22," but the lack of confirmation from the development studio may mean that it isn't official and could be subject to change. Considering the lack of clarity from Call of Duty: Warzone developers and publishers, PC players will have to wait and see if they receive a significant performance boost when Season 3 releases.

Raven Software is hard at work banning Call of Duty: Warzone cheaters, while Nvidia's DLSS support will further improve the experience for players on PC. Warzone is a popular game across multiple platforms, but PC players with newer Nvidia graphics cards may see DLSS support in the Season 3 patch notes on April 22.

Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3 is expected to change up the Verdansk map in a big way after the zombie invasion hits the Dam with a big nuke explosion that allows for an easy transition into DLSS support.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available right now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
