Twitch streamer xQc's fourth ban from NoPixel was expected, but shockingly he offers to exchange the temporary sentence for a permanent one.

It's no surprise that controversial Twitch streamer Felix "xQc" Lengyel is on his fourth ban from the Grand Theft Auto Online NoPixel RP server. However, while conversating with his chat about the reasons behind the latest ban, the streamer challenged the admins of NoPixel by offering up his temporary ban for a permanent one.

It goes without saying that xQc has been the progenitor of several waves of drama in the GTA NoPixel server. Shortly after joining, he was embroiled in two separate situations that resulted in the streamer getting banned. His third ban came after he encouraged his streamers to "chat hop" in protest of a long jail sentence. He's since told his chat to stop chat hopping, though many thought the third was permanent ban. However, against all odds, xQc saw his third restoration for the NoPixel server just under a week ago.

Once again, the Minecraft connoisseur saw his fourth ban from the NoPixel server for 30-days. This time, he was banned for allegedly abusing a "vehicle scuffed" function in order to hide his car from police. Additionally, there's speculation that xQc dropped a gun while downed - an instance of 'powergaming'. Finally, the streamer harassed a cop while his character was in jail, with some of the threats made being equated to him getting one of the cops banned.

In the clip, xQc claims he will stand tall against the move. In fact, the streamer remained so confident that he offered to exchange his month-long ban for a permanent ban under one condition. According to the streamer, if the NoPixel admins can find one instance in which he misused the "vehicle scuffed" feature, he would be willing to make the exchange.

Either way, it seems that this is the final nail in the coffin. The rules of the NoPixel server state that bans are issued as one-day, three-day, one-week, and one-month, with the month-long ban being permanent one. Still, players are given the option to appeal the ban after the month is up, so xQc may eventually find a way back onto the NoPixel server.

On the other hand, the evidence looks pretty damning, and the admins of NoPixel have been tangling with xQc for nearly two months now. With three allegations of rule-breaking stacked against the Twitch streamer this time, the admins likely won't be quick to hear him out, if at all. The streamer already went through the process of moving on from the NoPixel RP server while stalling for his third unban, so chances are he's already planning his next big gaming stream.
