It seems more than plausible that a collection or a remake is coming, but the specifics of it are still a mystery. But with a franchise that has had such a turbulent last several years, and one that is so closely tied to a specific creative like Kojima, a remastered collection for Metal Gear Solid would be Konami's safest move going forward.
