Apex Legends Bug Gives Every Player the Same Spawn | Game Rant

Things get weird in Apex Legends when every player in the popular Battle Royale spawns in the exact same location during a match.

Big things appear to be on the horizon for Apex Legends starting with Season 9 and the newest character Valkyrie. Fans have seemingly gravitated to her thanks to her connection to Titanfall 2 villain Viper, who the latest Takes from the Outlands trailer reveals to be her father. Valkyrie seems to retain a few of her dad's Northstar inspired moves, though fans will need to wait a bit longer to get the full rundown as to how she'll play in full.

This week also sees the full reveal of the Arenas mode, something which has long been rumored thanks to dataminers pulling out details from the game's files over the past few months. In an essence, Arena appears to be a team deathmatch styled mode, taking place on much smaller maps. With smaller maps, spawn points will be a big topic of discussion in order to prevent camping by enemy players. Hopefully fans didn't get a taste of what's to come as a strange spawn bug unleashed chaos in a normal match of Apex Legends.

When dropping into a normal match of Apex Legends on the Olympus map, Reddit user cough_e captured one of the more bizarre moments in the game's lifespawn. After the loading screen finished, every player in the match appeared inside the carrier at the same time, instead of getting ready to drop out of the ship. After realizing what happened, chaos ensued as players began spamming their abilities and using melee attacks due to a lack of loot in the vicinity.

After the comical moment of hesitation, the kill feed became incredibly long very quickly. For now, how this happened is anyone's guess though many surmise that it was related to a potential Apex Legends server issue, stalling the match due to loading while the game had already technically begun. Reception to this glitch has actually been fairly positive with many going as far as requesting Respawn to make a Chaos LTM just for the fun of it.

While Respawn Entertainment has created some experimental modes over the past couple of years, something as crazy as this may be too far even for them. For now, players who want to get to the action fast will likely want to check out the Arenas reveal on April 26. The mode is run by the former Titanfall 2 boss character Ash, providing another big tie to Respawn's beloved mech shooter franchise. For now, these Titanfall references appear to be all fans are going to get, as Respawn is still unlikely to be working on a full Titanfall 3.

Apex Legends is available now on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with a mobile version currently in beta testing.
