Fate/Grand Order's newest collaboration event sends players on a mysterious investigation for special rewards including a welfare Assassin.

Fate/Grand Order players have been resting a few days since the GUDAGUDA 3 rerun ended but a new event is starting tonight after maintenance. From April 30th to May 13th, players who have completed Lostbelt 3's prologue can participate in the latest collaboration with another Fate series: the Lady Reines's Case Files.

In the same timeline as Fate/Stay Night, Waver Velvet returned London's Clock Tower following the events of Fate/Zero. He eventually becomes Lord El-Melloi II and goes on to investigate many mysteries caused by other mages. Now the protagonist has been inexplicably drawn into that universe and must team up with Reines El-Melloi Archisorte, Waver's adoptive sister, along with other allies to discover who is responsible for this newest incident.

For this event, players must bring their strongest servants to defeat beefed-up versions of enemies they encountered in story singularities and events during the past three years. Furthermore, the mission system returns and once again involves defeating enough enemies, gathering enough event currency, or clearing enough quests. In addition to various rewards, completing certain missions will unlock later main quests up to section 9. Section 10 will remain locked until May 5th but it culminates in a recreation of Fate/Grand Order's most iconic raid battle which players should save their energy to farm.

Players that successfully complete the main story will permanently unlock Gray, Lord El-Melloi II's assistant and current wielder of the Holy Lance Rhongomyniad. Gray is a 4-star Assassin who has skills such as increased Buster/Quick effectiveness, additional damage to undead enemies, and an NP charge to supplement her AOE NP. Fully completing the event will bring Gray to Level 80 and NP5, making her a top choice to farm Rider-type enemies for years to come.

Fate/Grand Order is available on Android and iOS.
