Assassin's Creed Valhalla is the latest in the series, taking players into the cold and brutal world of Vikings. One typical aspect in these games is eliminating members of secret orders, in this case, Order of the Ancients. One of these quests is Firing the Arrow, and involves multiple steps to complete. By following this Assassin's Creed Valhalla guide, gamers can dominate The Arrow.
The world map size is massive, and locating The Arrow is no easy task. Players focusing on this quest will need to start their search in the Lunden. Once getting there, make a beeline for the Londinium Amphitheater. Players will want to search around the West Market area specifically to start the quest.

Find a man by the name of Stowe, and talk to him to trigger a cutscene. He will describe how there is a character roaming about the streets of Lunden who provides coins to compete in The Arrow's competition. Now players need to call upon Odin's Sight to find one of these special coins. If desiring a pacifist's strategy, follow the various objects with a teal marking to eventually grab a coin. Otherwise, find the man with a teal marker and just kill him for the coin he is holding.
Now that the coin is in hand, head back to the Londinium Amphitheater. Players will see another NPC with a teal marking, talk to him to begin. There is a choice to practice to start the competition. Gamers can decide their plan of action, but competing is necessary for finishing the quest. The challenge is straightforward; there are a ton of targets that need to be shot within 30 seconds. Use one of the game's powerful bows and shoot every single one in that time to win the competition.
After claiming victory, go back outside the Amphitheater to continue the quest. Speak to Hussa to start another cutscene, and after that finishes, The Arrow will finally make an appearance. When the player is able to control Eivor again, the time is right for assassination. Watch through the next cutscene as part of the quest. Keep in mind, finishing off The Arrow will cause plenty of enemies to become aggressive. Either kill them all or spare them, and then speak to Stowe once more to finish the mission.
Going through multiple steps is a normal process for questing in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Firing the Arrow is one of the many endings in the assassination of an Order of the Ancients member. Though most of the requirements involve speaking to characters and watching cutscenes, there is some action. Players may have a bit of trouble with competition, but overall it should provide some excitement.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
