Borderlands 3 is filled with an amazing cast of characters, which is why many fans pay homage to them by creating extremely detailed cosplays.

One of the things that has made Borderlands 3 so successful is how amazing its characters are. Ever since the first games was released, Borderlands art gained the attention of many players who fell in love with the sketch-style of the game. The detailed design of every single character is what has made cosplayers so attracted to portraying Borderlands 3's personalities.

Borderlands 3 has many interesting characters that not only have the iconic aesthetic of the franchise, but also compelling personalities. In other titles of the saga, there have been characters who have stolen the hearts of many fans. One of the ways in which fans have channeled their love for their favorite characters is by bringing them to life through cosplay. Throughout the years, many Borderlands characters have been portrayed and the latest Gearbox Software's game is no exception.

Amara is the playable Siren in Borderlands 3 and one of the toughest of the bunch. One thing that sets her apart from other Sirens that have appeared in the series is that her powers are more related to her own body, than to warping her surroundings. When using her Siren powers, Amara has extra pairs of arms coming from her back.

Although cosplayers could find a way to channel Amara without including the additional Siren arms, some of them go the extra mile and try to include this characteristic Siren power. That is precisely what PurifiedArachnid did in her rendition of Amara. The extra effort was definitely worth it, since Borderland's official Twitter account shared her cosplay.

In addition to Amara's additional Siren limbs, PurifiedArachnid included the characteristic sketch-like lines that characterize all of Borderlands designs. What is impressive about this cosplay is that her sketch lines are extremely well made so her entire torso looks like it came out of the game. If it were not for the cosplayer's facial features, which are slightly different from Amara's, one could easily be tricked into thinking this is art from the game and not a photograph of a cosplayer.

Zane is one of the most interesting characters in Borderlands 3 because of his background as a bandit. He spent his early years getting into all sorts of trouble with his brothers, Baron and Captain Flynt. He then continued to make a path of his own by joining a black ops mercenary unit and becoming one of the best at his job.

Maul Cosplay took the challenge of bringing Borderlands 3 Operative class character into life and did an exceptional job. Because of the amazingly detailed cosplay, Maul Cosplay earned a spot in 2K's booth at the 2019 Gamescom convention. This cosplay does not leave out a single detail of the original character, which is why it has gained the attention of Borderlands fans everywhere.

Many Twitter users complimented Maul Cosplay on his rendition of Zane. Some of them even commented that they could have been tricked into thinking it was a statue of Zane, instead of a cosplay. Even though this cosplay is a couple of years old, it is so well executed that it deserved to have a spot among the best cosplays of Borderlands 3.

Moze plays the part of the Gunner in Borderlands 3, a former soldier for Vladof's Ursa Corps. Moze and is known for using the Bear Iron mechs and for being one of the toughest characters in Borderlands' new installment, as she also has a difficult backstory. As part of the Ursa Corps, she was forced to stay longer in combat and had to deal with the responsibility of leading new recruits up until her last mission in Darzaran Bay, where she was presumed dead like the rest of her squad.

Borderlands' official Twitter account has taken notice of the many Moze cosplays. While all cosplayers do an excellent job at mimicking the original characters, some of them just look like a still image from the game. That is precisely what happened with thesleepymuse rendition of Borderlands 3's Gunner class character.

This cosplay of the Gunner in Borderlands 3 is so detailed that even the gun is textured. What makes this cosplay so impressive is that, no matter what part of the image you are looking at, this rendition of Moze is made with the utmost attention to every little line that the original character has. Because of how uncanny the resemblance is, thesleepymuse had to be considered one of the best cosplayers of Borderlands 3 characters around.

FL4K's weird and mysterious backstory is definitely one of the main things that sets this playable character apart from the rest in Borderlands 3. Unlike the other characters, FL4K is not human to begin with. FL4K worked as an Indexing Unit and assisted an archivist up until gaining consciousness. Once FL4K became self-aware, it also became much more dangerous, which eventually led it to the events in Borderlands 3.

Apocalypse Cosplay has been responsible for many incredible cosplays of Borderlands' characters. One of the cosplays that has gained the most attention is her rendition of FL4K, including its unique style that truly makes her look just like the game's character. Apocalypse Cosplay's FL4K was noticed all over the internet, and for a good reason.

FL4K is the Beastmaster in Borderlands 3 and, just as the name indicates, FL4K has the ability to make creatures attack a target. Perhaps that is the only element that Apocalypse Cosplay rendition does not include, since pretty much everything else is just like the game's character.

Troy and Tyren Calypso are the antagonists of Borderlands 3 and, most notably, Sirens as well. The Calypso twins are fame-driven and their main goal is to become the brightest stars in the galaxy. This leads them to create a cult known as Children of the Vault, consisting of psychos and bandits, which is pretty much all of the hostile population of Borderlands 3.

Because the Calypso Twins are all about creating a cult of personality, cosplaying them is more than just wearing a detailed garment. This is precisely why Mary and Feinobi's cosplay is the perfect rendition of the Siren twins. This duo managed to create the perfect cosplay by bringing to life the most spoiled twins in the Borderlands world.

Aside from doing an exact copy of both Troy's and Tyreen's extravagant outfits, Mary and Feinobi captured the Calypso Twins' smug looks perfectly. Their realistic rendition of the infamous Calypso Twins also managed to get the attention of Borderlands' official Twitter account. Mary and Feinobi's cosplay is so realistic that many Twitter users seemed suspicious that the post was not actually part of the game's scenes.

Borderlands 3 is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
