After much anticipation, Resident Evil Village has been released for fans to experience all the mysteries of Lady Dimitrescu and her manor. Already, many fans are noticing positive aspects of Resident Evil Village that are similar to other entries in the series, such as the boss fights and memorable atmosphere.
Something very similar to other games is the number of puzzles in Resident Evil Village. While some are mandatory, there are the optional ones that gamers can experience that reward Ethan with treasure, which can be traded in for Lei to upgrade guns and other equipment.

The four labyrinth puzzles in Resident Evil Village consist of tricky miniature iron ball mazes. While interesting, these can be a little tricky to find. So for fans looking to complete these mazes, here are all the locations and the necessary steps to unlock them.
The first possible labyrinth ball puzzle in the game is the Flower Swords Ball located in Castle Dimitrescu. Once gamers reach the Opera Hall, they need to make their way to the top level and into the room in the northwest corner. There will be a box next to a broken labyrinth in the room that needs to be taken back to Duke's shop. Once it is returned, it can be played on the machine next to him, and players will receive a Crimson Skull for winning.
The second puzzle can be found in Lady Beneviento's mansion. Once fans reach the new garden area, go to the right side of the garden, and the puzzle will be inside a little box on top of a grave. The machine to play the box is hidden in one of the houses players passed on the way to the mansion. Next to the typewriter save point, go on the other side of the main road and further up the path, and it should be there. Fans will be rewarded with another Crimson Skull to sell.
The Mermaid Ball will be unlocked for gamers once they reach the Moreau portion of the game. By using the crank, unlock the gate by the first windmill, then go into the altar used for the Goats of Warding. The mermaid ball will be on the altar, which can be taken to the nearby machine in the grimy room next to the windmill. Fans will be rewarded with a Chartreuse Skull.
Lastly, the Iron Horse ball can be found in Heisenberg's Factory towards the game's final moments. To unlock it, gamers need to acquire the Ball Mold in the room after the Grinder Shaft. There should be a movable trolley that is blocking a crawlspace. Once acquired, players need to double back to the Forge used to make key puzzle items. Insert the ball mold into the machine to create the Iron Horse Ball. Once crafted, go back to Duke's shop at the lowest level of the factory, and the machine should be in a nearby room. Fans will be rewarded with the Biskar Skull.
Resident Evil Village is out now on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
