Dr Disrespect reflects on his tournament loss and comes to an interesting conclusion with aim assist and dark-colored skins hiding in shadows.

The Roze skin Rook has been causing problems for Call of Duty: Warzone since it was added to the game. Many players love to use the skin because they blend into dark environments, which causes other fans to grow frustrated, accusing the skin of offering an unfair advantage. Call of Duty: Warzone's developers claim to have fixed the skin, but the update has not done enough to solve many player's problems.

Despite this, many Call of Duty: Warzone players have devised their own ways to handle the advantage. From spraying Roze players with bright colors to adjusting in-game contrast settings, many Call of Duty: Warzone fans battle against Roze to the best of their ability. Dr Disrespect recently released a video claiming that controller players have a distinct advantage when battling Roze players.

This video comes after Dr Disrespect raged at a Call of Duty: Warzone tournament when he was destroyed by a Roze skin player. As the professional streamer tried to gun down the enemy, their erratic movement mixed with dark shadows made the player difficult to track. After the incident, Dr Disrespect claimed that he has no excuse other than he can't track a shadow that blends with shadows. While talking through the problem, he comes to the conclusion that a controller with aim assist would be able to lock on, making the Roze skin easier to track. Keyboard and mouse fans would have to track it manually, but controller-based players have a distinct advantage when battling the dark-colored operator.

There is a chance that Dr Disrespect was simply making fun of the aim assist debate, but many fans agree with him. The game's auto-tracking is not reliant upon colors or lighting situations, rather is an auto track attached to the character's core model. Call of Duty: Warzone operators have a core structure that aimbots also target when exploiting the game.

With crossplay as a common feature, Call of Duty: Warzone Roze players may have difficulty hiding from controller users. Many players have argued whether or not keyboard and mouse are superior to controllers, but when it comes to aim assist, the controller wins automatically. Players must aim near a Roze, and the controller will auto-follow the target in a general direction.

For the moment, Dr Disrespect is taking a break from the Call of Duty: Warzone environment. After his defeat at the tournament, he is shifting gears into any number of possible directions. It is unclear what game he will be streaming next, but many fans are excited to see more diversity in his streaming selection.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
