The Sims 4 features a gallery of mansions that you can decide to live in but which one will cost you the most money?

The simulation game, The Sims 4, has every component a fan needs to rule over their Sims' lives. A player can build their Sims modest homes, make their Sims work and climb the corporate ladder before making huge purchases and as they earn more, start to expand their homes, and upgrade. Another option, players can start their Sims off rich with cheat codes like "motherlode" and build their Sims a mansion right from the start.

Building a mansion in The Sims 4 is a feat in and of itself. Players often spend in excess of 10 hours building and furnishing mansions, and luckily for the rest of the Sim community, uploading these masterpieces to the gallery. Players can search the gallery for mansions and when they do, they are met with some of the most extravagant, insanely large builds to ever be constructed in the Sim worlds.

Updated on May 11th, 2021 by Anastasia Maillot: There's always something new for The Sims 4, mainly thanks to its super active community of creators. Whether it's incredible mods, beautiful custom content, or innovative builds, it's the community that continues to keep The Sims 4 alive.

With every new expansion, interest in building and new types of creations rockets as well. While the new expansions haven't inspired any hyper-expensive builds as of yet, there are constantly more and more ultra-luxurious builds to discover on the Gallery. Here are five additional mansions that will require a family to win the lottery to afford.

15 The Bunker

The Bunker is a glass mansion sitting on top of, yes, a bunker. This mansion is worth $1,125,475 and was uploaded by mediocrebuilds. The Bunker is all but mediocre, however, with in-law corridors, a basketball court, a gym, and of course, a pool.

All of this sits on top of a full underground bunker, which serves as a whole second house, just in case the Sims are faced with a catastrophic event and need to retreat underground.

14 1.2 Million Dollar Mansion

Many mansions tend to have quite a classic style, but there are increasingly more modern builds as well that compete in lavishness and luxury quite effectively. For a perfect tropical, yet minimalistic and modern abode, this 1.2 million dollar home is a dream come true.

Built by Simsterior, the house is surrounded by a large pool that's dotted with tropical plants to give off the illusion of a tropical getaway. Houses like this that use water to their advantage are truly one of a kind, though its steep price of $1,282,100 might deter some families.

13 Chateau Sur Falaise

Sims can own Chateau Sur Falaise for $1,342,909 and with it step out onto the double door terrace overlooking the pool area. The grounds have multiple spacious areas to relax among the gardens, fountains, and pools.

This mansion was uploaded to the gallery by hey_harrie with a note that the exterior was built by Just_Teej. Interior or exterior this mansion is a sight to behold.

12 Schloss Belvedere

For a classic yet timelessly elegant mansion, Schloss Belvedere's 64x64 lot size version is just what's needed. It's the perfect European-style mansion for any celebrity Sims who like to live with style and surrounded by luxury at all times.

The Schloss can also be used as a school or for challenges due to its size, but a household will first have to scrape together a whopping $1,474,612 in savings before even dreaming of moving into this mansion. It was built by the talented MsHeadroom.

11 Schloss Windenburg

The German word "schloss" means school, and in the European-inspired Windenburg, this build could not be any more fitting. While this mansion could be used as a boarding school, a challenge house, or even be turned into a fancy library or museum, it also works wonderfully as a lavish mansion.

Schloss Windenburg was built by Daniel_SimsFanDE, and in order for a household to afford it, they better win the lottery. The price is $1,500,021, and given the adorned entrance, dozens of rooms, and fabulous gardens, it's no surprise.

10 Peles Castle

This Victorian-era castle is based on the real-life Peles Castle in Sinaia, Romania. Uploaded by amitaliri, the likeness to the real castle is incredible, and for only $1,615,509 a Sim can grow old in this one of a kind mansion. There are a total of 98 rooms, all adorned in artwork and antiques, while chandeliers light the halls throughout the castle.

The grounds are simple and natural but include a couple of fountains for added interest.

9 Hogwarts

The magical world of Harry Potter has served as inspiration for thousands of Simmers. Hogwarts, in particular, is a build that's both daunting but fun to challenge one's building skills with. Findjoo on the Gallery was inspired by the books to create something truly magical.

This Hogwarts mansion has dozens of rooms and includes plenty of references to the books. It's quite an expensive home even for a larger family, totaling $1,635,022. That being said, it's absolutely worth a fancy wizard family.

8 Old Brick Factory Mansion

For $1,927,900 a Sim could own an Old Brick Factory Mansion with plenty of skylights. The mansion includes two lower levels of basement.

There are fountains and tall well-kept trees along the entry path and in case a Sim is bored, they could head to the indoor bowling alley to let off some stress. Fans can download this mansion from the gallery by searching for user Kata_less.

7 Graymoor Castle

Sims can own the Graymoor Castle, uploaded by simterranium, for $2,148,913 and with it two majesty suites, 25 bathrooms, and four pools. This massive mansion is built to the very edge of the largest lot in The Sims 4 and is perfect for the growing Sim family.

Inside, Sims can wander the halls to find a café, a bubble room, a movie theater, but perhaps most impressive is the 5 room tea wing. Yes, a full wing dedicated to tea. Additionally, for more serious matters, Sims can head to the council chambers. $2 million actually seems like a steal.

6 Biltmore Estate

Like something out of Downton Abbey, this English-style countryside estate is amazing for any historical Sims challenges. The courtyard especially looks absolutely fantastic, as the whole plot is raised up a level to give the illusion of an elevated garden.

The Biltmore Estate was built by grod4L on the Gallery and each room is fancier than the other. A whole generation of Sims could easily fit in this home, if they can afford its price of $2,487,640.

5 Selhoff Manor

Uploaded by moscow0889, Selhoff Manor costs $2,510,048. This Tudor-style mansion includes 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. The upkeep on this mansion must not be easy, but rest assured, there is a servant's quarters.

Sims can study in the full library, hold grand events in the ballroom, and even when they die, they can rest in the on grounds cemetery.

4 Golden 3million SQ

At $3,373,287, the Golden 3Million SQ mansion includes an extravagant multilevel entry garden with tall palm trees, statues, and fountains.

Inside the residence, Sims will find a glass greenhouse, bowling, movie theater, and four levels of basement area. Fans can find this 3 million dollar mansion on the gallery by searching for shepherdqbs, the creator behind this luxury build.

3 5 Million Dollar Home

Uploaded by karkarmiller2244, this home includes one of the more unique features, a separate, multilevel garage pre-stocked with cars. The price tag of $5,047,856 is probably mostly car inventory alone, but the home has a few notable features.

Inside, Sims are never far from entertainment with several gaming rooms. Additionally, one of the largest bathrooms in the mansion includes a vanity island that can accommodate four Sims at once.

The home itself features a pool and bowling. The rooms are all furnished with artwork and antiques. There is even a hidden storage room filled with treasure chests.

1 10 Million Dollar Beast

Built as part of a challenge, the 10 Million Dollar Beast really is a beast of a house. For $9,999,967 Simoleans, Sims can own this 15 bedroom, 22 bath mansion which also includes two guest houses and a butler home. This mansion is a bit more of a modern build and includes everything a Sim could need, ever. For entertainment, there is an arcade, a theater with three screens, skating rings, and lounges.

The basement includes a haunted maze area as well as a fully stocked medical wing. With children in mind, the mansion also includes a daycare and several rooms designed for kids. Need to train? Of course, there is a gym for the Sims, but also a pet training arena. When EveePlaysGameZ uploaded this mansion to the gallery, they thought of everything.
