When you first arrive at the Merchant's Room in Resident Evil: Village, you'll notice a large, ornate, detailed model of a castle nearby. The massive piece features moving bridges and sits atop a locked box containing a sparkling Red Skull. This is your first introduction to the Labyrinth Puzzles. By finding a unique ball later in your journey and slotting it into the Labyrinth Puzzle, you can play a small mini-game and win the valuable treasure as a reward.

There are four Labyrinth Puzzles sprinkled throughout Resident Evil: Village, with one in each "bosses domain." The Four Lords each have their own themed ball-puzzle that guards a valuable treasure that The Duke will pay a lot of Lei for. Because of this, it's important to find the missing ball in each location and complete the puzzle there.
During your voyage through House Beneviento, you'll have an opportunity to snag one of these treasures for yourself, but you'll need to find the elusive Sun and Moon Ball, first. Here's how you can find it and where the Labyrinth Puzzle is that it belongs to.
In order to gain access to the Sun and Moon Ball, you'll first have to deal with the lady of the house, Donna Beneviento. If you're struggling to make it past the maniacal dollmaker, be sure to check out our guide on how to defeat her, here. Once she's down for the count, you'll find yourself back in the Garden area. Descend down the hill past the large gravestone cluster and continue around as if you're heading back to the Altar.
- Head back toward the Altar.
- Wrap around the back of the small house on the right.
- Locate the tree with gravestones.
- Open the small ornate box with roses on it.

As you make your way back up the path, you'll be forced to move to the right around a small house. Around the back of the house, you'll spot an archway with a tree to the left of it. Position yourself so you're walking between the archway and the tree, hugging the small wall as you move along. The area will open up into a small circular area with a large tree and a series of gravestones at its base. In front of one of the gravestones is a small ornate box. Inside you'll find the Sun and Moon Ball.
Once you have the Sun and Moon Ball in hand, you'll need to locate the Labyrinth Puzzle to put it in. Thankfully, the puzzle itself isn't that far from the Garden. From the box that you found the Sun and Moon Ball in, turn around. Directly behind you, you'll spot an archway through the Garden. Proceed through the archway and to the right, continuing up the path until you spot a large metal gate on your left. Go through the gate and follow the path up until you reach an old house. Proceed through the door and turn to the right. There you'll spot the Labyrinth Puzzle.

The House Beneviento puzzle isn't nearly as complicated as the one in Castle Dimitrescu. The ball is always visible so it makes it much easier to track and follow hazards. The key to completing this particulate Labyrinth Puzzle is speed. Once the ball drops from the house opening at the top, it will travel down a large hill with four switchbacks. The only hazards to avoid are the moving fence panels on each switchback that will move up and down. If you roll the ball too quickly and a fence panel is down it will fall off the sides and you'll be forced to restart. The best strategy is to take your time and move the ball slowly, watching your rolling speed as you take each corner.
