Upon arrival in Dublin in Assassin's Creed Valhalla's Wrath of the Druids DLC, players discover a beautiful Viking city, home to artifacts, hidden treasures, and the makings of a trade empire. Early on, players will run into the different kinds of resources that allow them to build renown for the Kingdom of Dublin. There are Clothing, Luxuries, Delicacies, and Texts in Wrath of the Druids and for players looking to get the most of the last of these, this guide is here to help.
It can be a little unclear how important these resources are exactly, especially early in Assassin's Creed Valhalla's first major DLC, but they quickly become an important part of the in-game economy. Resources can be used to complete trade contracts with local merchant Azar and these contracts are key in boosting Dublin's Renown level.

Texts are just as important as any of the other three resources but can prove to be difficult to locate. Players need to locate and reactivate two important trade posts across the Wrath of the Druids map and outside of Dublin in order to begin stockpiling this resource. Those trade posts that produce these Texts are the Lisdurrow Trade Post in the south central of the Meath region as well as the Dysert Trade Post in the western part of Ulster right next to a synchronization point.
The Lisdurrow Trade Post, as with other trade posts in Wrath of the Druids, requires a deed and its inhabitants to be removed with force in order to begin producing Texts for the player. Its deed is located in a bandit camp north of the trade post and heavily guarded at a position called Inchroe.
In the central building, the deed is in a chest that can only be accessed by puzzling out the way to open the barred door. Once Lisdurrow has been cleared and the deed acquired, then players just need to approach the central building in the trade post to jumpstart its production. It begins producing one text every minute but adding more buildings to the post increases the number of texts per minute it produces.
The Dysert Trade Post requires a similar approach when it comes to its inhabitants but, this time around, the deed is located to the far north of the map within a bandit camp. Players need to either sneak in and access the chest near the center of the camp or clear the camp and claim the deed. Once complete, the Dysert Trade Post can be activated in the same way as the Lisdurrow Trade Post. Its efficiency can also be enhanced through the construction of multiple buildings.
The more resources invested in the trade posts, the more texts they produce per minute. Aside from these posts, there are two other ways to gain Texts. One is checking any and all treasure chests around the map. These chests, especially the ones located at trade posts, can contain anything from 3 to 10 Texts for players to gather.
The other way to add to a player's Text collection is to progress further in the DLC and take on Royal Demands. These missions in Assassin's Creed Valhalla can offer numerous Texts as a reward but usually require a specific approach in order to be considered successful.
Through these methods, players can compile more and more Texts in order to complete trade requests, earn rewards, and boost Dublin Renown in Wrath of the Druids. Just make sure to check the Trade Chest in Dublin often in order to keep it from reaching its limit and not gathering any more resources.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
