With Final Fantasy 14 Fan Fest underway, all sorts of fun and exciting information continues to come out about the popular MMORPG. While cosplays are one area in which people display their creativity, LEGOs have also been in the spotlight for creating amazing characters and environments. As part of a web exhibit, builders have put together an amazing-looking model of the Crystarium, the starting city from the latest expansion Shadowbringers.

Posted to the official Final Fantasy 14 YouTube channel, a time-lapse video begins by showing the sheer amount of construction that went into the build for the model. The Crystarium has many separated areas, and most zones are circular, making for an interesting design. The model was designed and built by the Lego Club of The University of Tokyo.

Working with extreme efficiency, it's clear that this model was well thought out and planned for exhibition. With so many pieces and parts, different areas had to be constructed separately and brought together on a rolling cart in order to efficiently move it. In a nice final touch, the Final Fantasy logo is also on display in LEGOs.

The attention to detail is phenomenal on the model, as it displays all areas of the Crystarium from the ground up. One of the main stunning features of the model itself is that entrance and entirety of the Crystal Tower spires towards the back. This makes for not only a sprawling piece, but also a towering model that is candy for the eyes. As an astounding touch, the tower lights up from inside.

With the Fan Fest kicking off this weekend, Final Fantasy 14 has been the main topic on everyone's mind. With more information coming out on the upcoming expansion Endwalker, including new zones and job classes, celebrating the creativity of the game is something fans can really appreciate. While the game is looking to monetize a number of things (namely a $42 mount in the game's cash shop), many fans are still excited at what's been done, and what's to come.

While the video shows off much of the building and different areas, the web exhibition has even more pictures and other art for fans to explore. While this event had been expected to be in-person, it has been moved online and in conjunction with Final Fantasy 14 Fan Fest due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While no date exists for the exhibit to come down, fans will want to catch a glimpse as soon as possible. Creativity with LEGOs continues to amaze fans everywhere, and for Final Fantasy 14 players, this build is something special.
