Urdnot Wrex is the famous Krogan mercenary and counter hunter who appears in Mass Effect: Foundation, Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3. He is one of the remaining Krogan Battlemasters, who possess the ability to use powerful biotics combined with advanced weapons. Urdnot Wrex has been around and therefore has had many adventures (with and without Commander Shepard).

Before, during, and after meeting Commander Shepard, he has much respect for him as a fellow warrior. Urdnot Wrex is honorable yet violent, killing countless people throughout his years. He does everything in the name of the Krogan, hoping for a better future for his kind.
10 Tomorrow, I'll Be Sober
During the Asari Consort mission at the Citadel, Commander Shepard confronts General Septimus. As long as Urdnot Wrex is in the party, he will make a comment regarding how the Turians ever beat the Krogans. (Urdnot Wrex is a Krogan, while General Septimus is a Turian.)
In response, General Septimus says, "I may be drunk, Krogan, but you're ugly. And tomorrow, I'll be sober. Now unless you have a cure for this ache in my gut, go away."
9 Defense Over Peace
During the Our Own Worst Enemy mission at the Citadel, Charles Saracino asks Commander Shepard about gunpoint diplomacy. If Ashley Williams is not around, Urdnot Wrex chimes in with "Because they have bigger guns?"
Charles Saracino answers this question, saying that he thinks humans should spend more money on defense instead of signing peace treaties with the aliens because that just limits their military strength. Urdnot Wrex approves of this response.
8 Shepard Is Getting Slow
During the Retake the Normandy mission at the Citadel Docks, Javik tells the team inside the emergency hatch that his people during his cycle brushed their teeth with biotics. Urdnot Wrex responds to this with, "Man, your cycle sounds like crap."

Later on, after Commander Shepard convinces Maya Brooks to go into custody peacefully, he says to him, "In the old days, we would have just shot her. Good times." But if Urdnot Wrex shoots instead, he will tell Commander Shepard that he is "getting slow."
7 Let Me Eat You
During the Lorik Qui'in mission on Noveria, Commander Sherpard intimidates the ERCS guard following the infiltration of Synthetic Insights.
As long as Urdnot Wrex is in the squad, he throws his hat into the ring by saying, "You're right. They're actually going to let me eat you."
6 A Fun Conversation
During the Fate of a Species mission at Peak 15 on Noveria, they rescue the Rachni Queen.
Millions of Urdnot Wrex's ancestors died trying to eradicate the Rachni. And if the Queen is free, he makes a comment that the Krogan will "clean up this mess," in a similar way they did for the Salarians. Urdnot Wrex approaches the Queen and says, "This is going to be a fun conversation."
5 In The Old Days
During the Escape mission at the Citadel Archives, Commander Shepard provides cover for Team Mako's retreat. Then they do the same for the squad. Following the shooting, Urdnot Wrex will say, "That's why I love hanging out with you guys! Why shoot something once when you can shoot it 46 more times?"
(Later on, however, when trapped inside the vault with Commander Shepard, will say "Refresh my memory. Didn't we used to win these things back in the old days?")
4 And They Call Me Ugly
During The Thorian mission on Feros, there is an enormous crash where the Geth Dropship's claw gets severed and Geth winds up being killed.

Following this, the team meets the Thorian and Urdnot Wrex says, "And they call me ugly..."
3 Humans Are Consistently Stupid
During the Depot Sigma-23 mission at UNC, the team access Major Flores' terminal.
While the third entry is being played, Urdnot Wrex makes a rude comment that it is "ironic" that yet another experiment involving the Rachni went wrong. He audibly laughed and says, "At least humans are consistently stupid." (Urdnot Wrex might also add, "Cerberus, I've just about had it with them.")
2 Wrex Not Happy
During the Infiltration mission at Silver Coast Casino, Urdnot Wrex can be chosen to distract one of the guards. He will say, "I need to look at your kitchen. I'm a food inspector." And the guard will respond, "Uh...I'm going to need to see some credentials." Urdnot Wrex then says, "You don't need to call for backup. I'm just looking for a game that isn't crap." And the guard responds, "We, uh, like to be prepared, sir." He follows up with, "Hey, you call that guarding?" And finally, the guard replies, "Is there a problem you'd like to report, sir?"
Following this, Urdnot Rex finds out Elijah Khan is dead and he is mad that he had to wear a disguise yet not get to kill anyone. He remarks, "Wrex not happy."
1 We've Forgotten Our Roots
Eventually, the team goes to the Krogan Monument on the Presidium.
While there, Urdnot Wrex talks to the squad about the importance, saying, "This statue represents what the Krogan use to be: a proud and fierce nation. Now we're just brutes for hire to the highest bidder. We've forgotten our roots."
