In Immortals Fenyx Rising: The Lost Gods, the immortal God of the Seas, Poseidon, has another ridiculous request for players to fulfill. While most would expect a task from a god to involve grand adventures and grave importance, Poseidon seems content with having the hero run around completing his chores. This time, Immortals Fenyx Rising players are called upon to collect a rare type of blossom.
Some of the other tasks Poseidon assigns to the player include gathering chicken feathers and searching the snowy mountains for his wet laundry. Now, he wants flowers. But not just any flowers. These must be the rarest flowers of all, the StinkBlossom. To begin the mission "Stop and Smell the Weird Flower", the player must first speak with Poseidon. After accepting the quest, there will be three objective markers added to the map, with each pinpointing the location of the three flower patches.

Neither Poseidon nor the protagonist has ever seen a StinkBlossom before. The flowers can be rather easily identified in the wild. These reddish-orange buds tend to grow in small groups, usually three to five blossoms per patch. But the fastest way to recognize these flowers is the orange cloud of noxious gas hovering above the patch. The smell is enough to make Ash as well as the game's voice actors nauseous. It's no wonder where the flowers got their name.
While exploring the vast world of Immortals Fenyx Rising, players will need to collect twelve flowers from three patches. All three patches can be found within The Heath and Seedland regions. The first patch of StinkBlossoms is located to the far west of the Seedland area. This patch can be found on a mountain cliff near the beach. If the player is attempting to climb up to the cliff from the beach, they may first need to defeat the group of monsters blocking the way.
However, if the player is attempting to descend down to the cliff from the top of the mountain then it may be possible to avoid an altercation with the monsters. Harvesting this patch will allow the player to collect four StinkBlossoms.
The next patch can be found at the top of a mountain in the northwestern section of The Heath. This mountain is located near the river separating The Heath region from the Seedland. Once at the top, the player will be able to find the flower patch next to the waterfall and a tree stump. Just follow the gas. The player can collect three StinkBlossoms from this patch.
The last group of flowers is east of The Heath. This patch is located near an altar. However, it is guarded. The player will need to clear out the group of enemies before they are able to collect the flowers. The player will collect five StinkBlossoms from this patch and harvesting the final patch will complete the quest. But don't be discouraged, as The Lost Gods expansion has plenty more story and adventure fit for a true hero.
