Whether playing on mobile devices or the Nintendo Switch, Asphalt 9: Legends packs its B-Class with plenty of great vehicles. Which car is the best?

A racing game with over 50 million downloads on Android, Asphalt 9: Legends can also be found on iOS, Xbox systems, PC, and Switch. It features over 100 vehicles to buy, tune, and race, but which cars should racers spend their well-earned money on? It can be a tough choice with so many options to choose from.

Racers that have sped through the tracks long enough, will eventually find themselves getting into the B-Class of vehicles. The middle tier of cars, B-class is the crossroads between amateur and a true track fiend. Best find the right cars for the job.

10 Apex AP-0

The Apex AP-0 isn't the best vehicle in B-Class, but it for sure isn't the worst. It only has a stock top speed of 320 km/h and a maxed top speed of 335.1 km/h, both slightly below average for B-Class.

However, the AP-0's other stats make up for its speed deficit. At both stock and maxed stats, its acceleration is above-average and its handling and nitro are both well above-average. So despite the lack of speed, racers still have a chance to win the race. Certainly a great starting place in B-Class.

9 Sin R1 550

The Sin R1 550 is also a great starting point. For one, it is the third-fastest of B-Class maxed cars, boasting 370.6 km/h. Its stock speed is also excellent at 350 km/h, about 20km/h above average for B-Class. It also has a nitro capacity far exceeding the B-Class average for both stock and maxed cars.

But it isn't without a downside. The Sin R1 550's handling leaves much to be desired. Racers will have to fight to get this vehicle going where they want. It also has slightly below average acceleration at both stock and max but can be compensated for with strategic use of nitro.

8 Porsche 911 GT3 RS

Slower than its A-Class counterpart, the GT2 RS Clubsport, the Porsche 911 GT3 RS is still an excellent B-Class option, though racers will have to spend some time upgrading it first. At stock, with only 312 km/h and subaverage stats in everything else except handling, it won't perform the best.

But if some time is spent upgrading the GT3 RS, it can be taught to please. Its maxed top speed is still below average at 339.4 km/h but its acceleration and nitro are the highest of B-Class maxed vehicles. Handling is also incredible, only 0.02 points behind the 1st place contender. Altogether, the Porsche 911 GT3 RS makes a superb B-Class selection.

7 Ferrari Enzo

Featuring a top speed of 350 km/h stock and 364.8 km/h maxed, the Ferrari Enzo can certainly keep up with the competition. Not only that, but it also has above-average handling and nitro at both stock and maxed levels compared to other B-Class cars.

With acceleration being the only thing that is below average on this vehicle, it makes a really well-rounded car for racers to utilize. When combined with expert knowledge of the various tracks, it will be hard to go wrong when selecting the Ferrari Enzo.

6 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera

Not just a pretty face, the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera is yet another well-rounded option for the track. Slightly slower than the Ferrari Enzo at 339 km/h stock and 355.4 km/h maxed, it is still above the B-Class average. But the Superleggera does beat the Enzo on all other fronts when maxed.

At stock, the Superleggera's stats are sitting right around average for B-Class stock cars, making it a wonderful starting point for B-Class. When fully upgraded, the handling and nitro can be brought up a good bit above average too.

5 Lotus Evija

The Lotus Evija's stock speed of 350 km/h and a maxed speed of 368.1 km/h puts it at the high end of speed contenders for the B-Class. It also has above-average acceleration for both stock and maxed B-Class cars.

Where the Evija lacks most is in nitro, a few points below the B-Class average for both stock and maxed vehicles. Its acceleration is also just below average. In the end, the Lotus Evija will perform well against the competition as long as you don't rely too heavily on the nitro.

4 Apollo IE

With an above-average stock speed of 335 km/h and an average maxed speed of 348.3 km/h, the Apollo IE does pretty well as far as B-Class cars go. At stock and max, the IE also has great acceleration. At stock, its handling is above average and rises well above average when maxed.

Despite these positives, the Apollo IE has just slightly below average nitro capacity, though it's still pretty good, just don't rely on it too heavily. In any case, it still makes a wonderful selection from B-Class.

3 Apollo N

Even though the Apollo N's top stock speed of 360 km/h and top maxed speed of 374.1 km/h is second only to the McLaren F1 LM, but not by much. It does beat the McLaren in acceleration by a good bit. Racers will have a good opportunity to burst ahead of the pack from the start.

However, keeping that lead may be a little difficult with subpar handling and nitro at both stock and maxed levels when compared to other B-Class vehicles. It will take a good racer with some track knowledge to make the most use of the Apollo N's speed and acceleration.

2 McLaren F1 LM

When looking for pure speed in the B-Class of cars, the McLaren F1 LM is the pick. The F1 LM is the fastest B-class car with a stock top speed of 362 km/h and a top maxed speed of 377.6 km/h. It also has slightly above average handling at stock and max, and above-average nitro at max level. The fact that it still handles well despite the speed is exceptional.

Where the McLaren lacks is in acceleration, being a few points below average on that front. But if racers can live without excellent acceleration, the McLaren F1 LM is an amazing choice.

1 Ferrari 488 GTB Challenge Evo

While not the fastest car with only a 330 km/h top stock speed and a 351.2 km/h top maxed speed, the Ferrari 488 GTB Challenge Evo is about average for speed in the B-Class. At stock, it is comparable to the Apollo IE. But when it really shines is with maxed stats.

When taking the time to max the Evo, racers will be rewarded with great acceleration and fantastic handling and nitro capabilities. Making smart use of these features will provide a good chance at the gold.
