There are quite a number of area objectives in Biomutant's Suburbia location, and one of them is an Ultimate Ranged Weapon. To collect it, players must open the Suburbia Vault, and that can be done after obtaining a relevant key. Providing details on how to go about getting the Suburbia Vault Key in Biomutant is the precise purpose of this guide, and fans that read on should have no trouble claiming the Ultimate Ranged Weapon.

To put things simply, players will earn the Suburbia Vault Key upon dispatching the Schacky TrunkGnut, an enemy that appears in Suburbia after initiating a particular Biomutant side quest. More specifically, fans should accept a quest called The Schacky TrunkGnut to force the monster to spawn, and it comes from an NPC named Moog. This character can be found at Steepdeepo in the Deadzone, and players will need the Mekton to safely reach him.

After starting this side quest, players should simply follow the waypoint that is provided and slay the Schacky TrunkGnut that they encounter. Fans will receive the Suburbia Vault Key as soon as they have defeated this creature, and a side quest that leads Biomutant players directly to the Vault door comes along with it. Upon arrival at the door, fans should interact with the terminal to the left, and that action will give them access to the inside of the Vault and the Ultimate Ranged Weapon.

To note, some players report that they are not receiving the Suburbia Vault Key from the Schacky TrunkGnut. Fortunately, there is a workaround for this issue, as fans can currently open Old World Vault doors by approaching them and accessing Photo Mode in this new open-world RPG. Indeed, players should find that they can enter these Vaults after exiting out of Photo Mode, and while this method may be fixed in a future patch, it is something that can be used for the time being.

With respect to the specifics of the Ultimate Ranged Weapon that is inside of the Suburbia Vault, it is called the Sparkatron Hypicskromp, and it packs quite a punch. While this weapon may not be the absolute best gun in Biomutant, a designation that is reserved for the 9-star Contagion Flurpskruckis, players are likely to get a big boost from the Sparkatron Hypicskromp. It is thus recommended that fans carve out some time for securing the key and traveling to the Old World Vault in Suburbia.
