Googlide Wrekboxes in Biomutant allows players to upgrade their Googlides, an aquatic vehicle necessary for navigating through the water.

There are all kinds of items and secrets to be found in the world of Biomutant, some of which can't be found without having a trusty Googlide. The machine is found in Gulp's quest during the main storyline, and Biomutant fans will find that it is as customizable as it is upgradable. It's not long after this that the first Googlide Wrekbox can be found, and over the course of the story, players will find that there are eight more chests, for a total of nine.

The only downside is that the loot inside each of the chests is random, meaning that players may not get all of the engine upgrades before any customization items. Even so, it's not too bad to further personify the Googlide to better match the combative world of Biomutant. If nothing more, grabbing at least 5 Googlide Wrekboxes unlocks the 'Riding the Wave' achievement/trophy, which kind of makes up for the long journey ahead.

The first location is North of the Subnautica Station. This chest will be located in the same sewer system as the Circuit Board and Rotation puzzles, with both being required to access the area where the Wrekbox is located.

The second one is in Gumquack Hollow, near the Domp Outpost east of Pokburr. This area is a part of the Gumquack Hollow quest, as players will need to fight a large animal boss. The Wrekbox is in the room after this fight, sitting on a bank to the right.

This one requires players to travel far east of Bricktown. Once here, the Wrekbox is located on an island east of the Mitre Mop Outpost, titled 'BrokenBoat.' If players haven't already cleared out the area, craft up some powerful guns and get ready for a fight.

This Wrekbox is situated near the arena where the Porky Puff fight goes down. Notably, this Wrekbox will require the Radioactivity Suit. After clearing out some radioactive enemies, players will need to explore the area next to Bangshelter 2E to find the Wrekbox.

This Wrekbox sits between Bangshelter 2G and Froskmosk, being situated on a small island north of Froskmosk.

The sixth Wrekbox is over at Brickbrack 3G. For underleveled Biomutant players wanting to avoid a drawn-out fight, there's a sneakier way to grab this chest by entering from the southeast side of the island.

The seventh is easily found at the Manufactorium, though make sure to bring the Radioactivity Suit once more. Additionally, some tough enemies lie ahead, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to bring along at least one 7-star weapon.

Players will require the Mjut and the ability to pull down Stalagmite Tunnels, so get to work on that main quest before starting this one. Once that's said and done, players will head west of the Rokoblok Outpost, followed by going north of Plumsidums. The Wrekbox will be in a cave, with the Mjut allowing players to get inside.

The location of this Wrekbox necessitates some cold-weather gear as it's found in Frozy Brickbrack, located southeast of Tubfloo Outpost in the Musimosh Mire. It'll be in the southeastern side of the zone, and players will know they've headed the right way if they come across an underground bunker with some ice elemental enemies.

Biomutant is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
