In a game like Mass Effect Legendary Edition, which embraces a plot against all life in the galaxy, the forest is never lost for the trees. Shepard and the squad are constantly remembering the small things that make all life worth saving. As Mordin Solus says, "Can't anthropomorphize galaxy. But can think of favorite nephew. Fighting for him."

One of the more touching little moments happens when having a toast with some Serrice Ice Brandy aboard the Normandy. There's a small problem though; many players are having problems finding the Serrice Ice Brandy at all. There's no hint as to the location and tracking it down can lead Shepard all over the known universe. Don't go a wild goose chase, the bottle isn't going anywhere and it's not far off.
Of course, gamers don't know to even look or the Serrice Ice Brandy unless they get the mission to do so. It's available early, but not immediately, so it won't be automatically put in the journal or picked up from the personal computer.

After acquiring the Normandy, hop in the elevator and head to the Med Bay, then speak to Dr. Chakwas. She survived the explosion of the old Normandy and was grounded by the Alliance. Thankfully, her desire to fly has brought her back.
At some point during the interaction, select "Need anything?" from the conversation wheel. She reveals that, medically, she's got everything, but Cerberus didn't restock her private reserves. Specifically, there is a bottle of rare Serrice Ice Brandy that she never got around to sharing with the crew.
Although she says not to worry about it, the mission will quietly be placed into Shepard's inventory. Now it's just a matter of tracking it down.
It might seem like a reputable shop on the Citadel might be the best place to restock a high-class liquor, but it's actually the underworld of Omega that has the precious bottle. After gaining access to the Galaxy Map, command the pilots to go to Omega.

Once there, go straight forward and into Afterlife. The Illusive Man wants Shepard to go to Mordin Solus first while the local muscle asks Shepard to visit Aria T'Loak; thankfully, the Serrice Ice Brandy can be acquired without having to sidetrack from these main objectives.
There are many bartenders in this part of Afterlife, but only one that serves drinks. He doesn't sell the Serrice Ice Brandy personally, but it can be bought by picking up the bottle right next to him on the bartop. The price isn't listed, but it appears to deduct 1,000 credits from Shepard's wallet.
There isn't any immediate rush; the mission will expire, but not until much later in the game, so feel free to rescue Archangel or recruit Mordin Solus. Either one will send Shepard back to the Normandy. Once there, give the bottle to Doctor Chakwas.
It is strongly recommended to have a drink with her then and there. There is a choice to do it "later" but later never comes and the interactive cutscene is a great experience. Bottoms up, commander!
