World of Warcraft Classic players can learn how to get to The Exodar, the Draenei's beautiful capital city, in this short guide.

The Burning Crusade has come to World of Warcraft Classic, and it adds two new capital cities to the game. One of those cities is The Exodar, though reaching it can prove to be slightly tricky. For those WoW Classic players that may be confused about exactly how to get to this Draenei city, this guide details a number of options that are available to them.

The first way to reach The Exodar in World of Warcraft Classic is to simply take a boat from Auberdine. This small Night Elf village is located along the coast of Darkshore, and players can reach it on foot or by boat from either Darnassus or Menethil Harbor in the Wetlands. Upon arrival at Auberdine, fans should head to its three-pronged dock, and the vessel that leads to The Exodar pulls up to its middle prong.

It is also possible to use portals to reach the Draenei capital in WoW Classic, and indeed there is one in Shattrath City. Players will come across this major hub not too long after passing through the Dark Portal, though that can only be done after reaching Level 58. Fans can take a Mage portal to Shattrath at any level, though, and they will be free to use the Exodar portal from there.

Mages in WoW Classic are also able to summon portals that lead directly to The Exodar at Level 40, though they must travel to the city themselves in order to learn the relevant spell. This means that players should not expect every Level 40 Mage that they encounter to be able to send them to the Draenei capital, as characters that are above Level 58 are much more likely to have made the trip.

With respect to leaving The Exodar, players can catch the aforementioned Auberdine boat at a dock that is just south of the city. From there, fans can hop on the boat to Darnassus or Menthil Harbor, or they can simply wander through Darkshore. Notably, players that are following the Draenei starting area questline will eventually be sent toward the dock below the Exodar.

One final thing to mention about this city is that it is the only place where the Alliance can find a Jewelcrafting trainer in WoW Classic. Players that are interested in working on this new profession in The Burning Crusade will thus become quite familiar with The Exodar, and hopefully this guide has made it easy for them to reach it for the very first time.

World of Warcraft Classic is available now on PC.
