Ryan Reynolds recently posted a trailer for a brand new variety show on Snapchat where the actor will learn all sorts of interesting skills.

More and more platforms are snapping up exclusive content each and every day. Whether it's Netflix renewing for the latest season of Stranger Things or Roku buying up the rights to all of the content abandoned by Quibi, it seems the most important thing any streaming platform can do is to secure the rights to something that makes it stand out from the crowd, which Ryan Reynolds aims to do with his latest venture.

Reynolds recently posted a video to his Youtube channel, simply titled: I Don't Know. Those who delved into the mystery video very quickly learned that it was indeed an advertisement for a brand new show coming to Snapchat called Ryan Doesn't Know.

It's a fairly simple concept: There are many things that Reynolds does not know, and he would like to learn about them. The show intends to feature Reynolds learning about various activities like weightlifting, ice sculpting, and even Mukbang from people who are more experienced in those fields. Those short videos will be published on the Snapchat app as featured content for users of the service.

Of course, those interested in watching the latest Reynolds-centric variety show will have to download Snapchat, as even the Snapchat website simply prompts users to download the app if they wish to view the show, which may be a deal-breaker for some. Those who are more familiar with the app will no doubt enjoy the extra content and it may even entice new users to try out the software, which is likely the point.

The trailer itself features all sorts of fun content, including Reynolds explaining the concept behind the show, working on a fresh new paint job for his nails, and revving up a chainsaw to go to town on a huge block of ice. It seems that whatever people want to see, there'll certainly be no shortage of subjects to choose from.

The 12-episode series has already debuted on Snapchat and is available now for all users of the service as part of the company's Snap Originals lineup. For those who want to dive in as soon as possible, it's as easy as going to the app store and downloading the service.
