Microsoft announces a new batch of games coming to the Xbox Game Pass subscription service in February, headlined by Final Fantasy 12.

Microsoft has been going all-in with its Xbox Game Pass service, consistently adding new games to keep people subscribed as well as draw in new subscribers. New Xbox Game Pass games are typically added multiple times in any given month, with Microsoft confirming the first batch of Game Pass games for February 2021. Xbox Game Pass subscribers using the cloud, playing on PC, or gaming on Xbox consoles all have new content to look forward to in February.

Starting February 4, the action RPG Ghost of a Tale will be available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers on PC, along with Project WinterProject Winter was originally supposed to come to Xbox Game Pass at the end of January, but its launch date was pushed back to February 4 at the last minute. Project Winter has been compared to social deduction games like Among Us, so it will be interesting to see if it catches on like Innersloth's hit game.

February 4 will also see the addition of The Falconeer to Xbox Game Pass across cloud, PC, and consoles. The Falconeer was an Xbox Series X launch title, and it is essentially a dogfighting game where players are using a bird instead of a plane.

It's part of Xbox's plan to bring Final Fantasy games to Game Pass, and it will be interesting to see if even more FF titles are added to the service throughout 2021.

Also on February 11, Xbox Game Pass subscribers can look forward to the addition of Jurassic World Evolution, a theme park management sim set in the Jurassic World universe. They can also download Stealth Inc. 2: A Game of Clones on the cloud and consoles. And finally, Wolfenstein: Youngblood will be making its cloud debut, giving those on Android mobile devices the chance to play the game on the go, if they so desire.

Meanwhile, four games are also leaving the Xbox Game Pass service in February. On February 15, De BlobNinja Gaiden 2, and World of Horror are all leaving Game Pass. And then on February 16, the Resident Evil-inspired Shadows of the Damned will be leaving Xbox Game Pass as well.
