Elizabeth Olsen confirms that there is a surprise major appearance in WandaVision that she can't believe hasn't been leaked yet.

WandaVision star Elizabeth Olsen has teased an upcoming surprise in store on the show on the level of Luke Skywalker's appearance in season two of The Mandalorian. Mark Hamill's appearance remained a secret and was not known until the finale aired, so it is equally possible a massive MCU character appearance in WandaVision could have been kept under wraps.

When asked if WandaVision had a Luke Skywalker level surprise to come, as in a casting she could not believe had not been leaked yet, Elizabeth Olsen confirmed with a "Yes." She did not give any further details, just saying that she is "really excited" for the viewers to see what is coming. Jac Schaeffer, the creator of WandaVision, did not drop any more hints, but said "there are so many surprises left in store" for the next five episodes. She added, "I encourage all fans to settle in, because there's more coming."

Along with Wanda and Vision, there have already been other familiar MCU faces in WandaVision. In episode four, Randall Park's FBI Agent Jimmy Woo and Kat Dennings' Darcy Lewis joined the cast, revealed to be working with the agency SWORD to figure out what is going on with Wanda, Vision, and the town of Westview. Also in episode four, "Geraldine" was revealed to be Monica Rambeau, daughter of Maria Rambeau. Actress Teyonah Parris plays this grown-up version of the character, who is now a captain of SWORD, which her late mother helped found.

There are several possibilities for who the surprise character appearance could be. With the inclusion of Monica Rambeau, it's possible that Brie Larson as Captain Marvel could make an appearance. Monica's mother was her best friend, and she is also equipped to deal with Wanda and her level of power. Another possibility could be an appearance by Wanda's brother, Pietro. Although he died in Avengers: Age of Ultron, an appearance in the sitcom universe where the also-dead Vision is alive and well is not out of the question.

An appearance by Doctor Strange is also a possibility. WandaVision has been confirmed to be the set-up for the next Doctor Strange film, Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness. With that in mind, it would make sense for Doctor Strange himself to take part in the plot of WandaVision. Of course, given the size of the cast of the MCU, there is also space for countless other casting surprise possibilities.

WandaVision is now streaming on Disney Plus.
