In Hitman 3's Farewell mission, players are tasked with assassinating Tamara Vidal and Don Yates at his winery in Mendoza Argentina. The level features several wine-specific discovery challenges that can be easily unlocked and net Hitman 3 players a significant score boost upon completing the level. This guide will showcase how to unlock both the "Estate Wines" and "A Vintage Year" discovery challenges.
From the entrance to the party, proceed down the stairs and head across the dancefloor before heading up the first staircase on the left. At the top of the stairs, players must veer right, across the party, and enter the staff entrance located behind the bar next to the Asado (giant barbeque).

After entering the staff quarters, immediately head down the stairs on the left. From the bottom of the stairs, proceed straight before making a right down an additional set of stairs that will lead to the kitchen.
In the kitchen, players will encounter a field worker and a guard that can be avoided by throwing a coin across the room. Once the guard and field worker are looking in the opposite direction, stealthily proceed into the room and jump into the vent located on the right-hand side by the electrical equipment.
From inside the vent, players must proceed straight before reaching an impasse. From the impasse, players can either go left or right, which will lead to a ventilation grate on either side that can be hacked via Agent 47s cell phone.
Proceed through the vent, and climb up into the wine fridge where players will find the wine bottles required to complete the challenges. Inside the wine fridge, the player will find two waiters patrolling the room. It is recommended to subdue both waiters and dispose of the bodies, as the items required are scattered across the room and are difficult to obtain without being spotted.
Inside the wine fridge, players will notice three separate tables, each with a unique variety of wine. There is a blue labeled pinot noir, a white-labeled malbec, and a red labeled cabernet sauvignon. To complete the challenge, players must pick up each of the wine varieties for the challenge to unlock.
While inside the wine fridge players will see an adjacent room containing a single bottle of wine that is blocked off by a security system. To access the room, interact with the code terminal on the wall next to the door and enter the code 1945.
Once inside the room, interact with the "1945 Grand Paladin" in the glass display case to unlock the "A Vintage Year" discovery challenge. In total, the Estate Wines challenge awards players 2000xp while the Vintage Year challenge awards players 1000xp. Because neither challenge requires any target assassinations, they are perfect for any player to pick up during their playthrough and gain a significant XP boost towards their level 20 mastery in Mendoza.
