Stunning fan-art reimagines some of the most memorable moments from Disney Plus' WandaVision in the style of classic Marvel comic books.

As WandaVision continues to be the most talked-about show on television, fans are showing their love with some inventive fan art. One artist, in particular, created fun pieces recreating some moments from the show in the design of old comic books.

There has been a lot of great fan-art related to WandaVision thus far, which shows just how enthusiastic people are about Marvel's first Disney Plus series. Instagram artist "dvglzv' unveiled impressive work that pays homage to the retro feel of the show as well as its comic book roots in several pieces. Each piece looks at a different moment from the show, highlighting the various time jumps and shocking plot developments that have been featured so far.

The pieces capture the changing aesthetic of the show from episode to episode as well as the mystery of the show that has been gradually revealed. It shows the blissful marriage of the 1950s, Wanda's discovery of the drone in the 1960s, the surprise pregnancy of the 1970s, and finally, the reveal that S.W.O.R.D. has been monitoring this bizarre experiment from the outside this entire time. The pieces also indicate the way in which the show has gotten darker as the story progresses, which begs the question of how much further it will all go.

The retro comic book look of the pieces is also fitting for the show, not only because of how it plays with different nostalgic eras but also how it clearly draws from some popular comic storylines of the past. Many fans immediately recognized the influence of The Vision comic book series by Tom King and Gabriel Hernandez Walta. However, as the show has gone on, it is also clear they are borrowing elements from the classic House of M storyline.

With the series past its midpoint now, it seems like there are going to be even more twists and turns to come. Following the shocking reveal at the end of the last episode, it is clear that WandaVision will continue to get even more bizarre and exciting while also having a much larger impact on the overall MCU than anyone had expected.

WandaVision is now streaming on Disney Plus.
