Assassin's Creed Valhalla! is bursting with content to explore and its immersive Viking world is fantastic to adventure through. It's no wonder the game is considered one of the best RPGs released in 2020. This is a game that is essentially a must-buy for anyone that enjoys a good Triple-A title.

We know some gamers are completionists and for those that are, they'll want to track down all of the mysteries the game has to offer. There are eighteen mysteries in East Anglia from World Events to Legendary Animals for players to find and figure out. It gets a lot easier with a bit of knowledge going in!
Taking down Cordelia can be almost impossible without going in prepared. She's one of the most difficult bosses in the entire game and it takes an entire guide to stand a shot at taking her down. Fortunately, we've written a guide on how to defeat Cordelia so go check it out to tackle this mystery.
To complete this world event, players need to head toward the hut in the southwest of Dunwic. There's a woman there, praying on the ground in front of the door next to a splattering of blood. Players can follow the blood trail to find another woman who is collapsed on the ground. Players then should revive her and choose whether to take her to the large stone nearby, or back to the hut. Either choice completes the event.
There are Roman ruins in the southeast of East Anglia that players need to head towards. Along the way, players will find a note from a hunter that was trying to take down the Black Shuck but ran into a lot of bad luck. The Black Shuck is inside the ruins, and players will need to bring everything they've got and use some specific strategies to take it down.
Players should head to Edmond's Hope and find the crumbling church which is located there. They'll find a woman named Aelfwynn praying there while surrounded by dead bodies. She'll say that God told her to kill them all and then starts to attack Eivor as well. It's not a very difficult fight, just strike her down to complete this World Event.
Players will find an Animus Anomaly in the area and by touching it, they switch to playing as Layla. Players have to approach the ruined building ahead and climb onto the glowing platform. It takes a lot of parkour, but players can reach a beam of light above. Players need to manipulate the lights so it solidifies the opposite platform, and continue doing so until they reach the top.
Once players eat the Fly Agaric, they will be transported to this Hallucination Challenge. There are several clues that surround the player to help them know which gates to walk through, but it's even easier to have the order memorized before going in!

Here is the order to take:
- Walk through the gate on the right. It has statues next to it.
- There are floating rocks, climb them to reach another set of gates. Go through the door furthest to the right. it has shields nearby.
- Take the center gate.
Once players have gotten through the gates, in order, they will have completed this Hallucination Challenge.
Regan is another one of the Daughters of Lerion that is notoriously difficult to defeat. Thankfully, with a bit of strategy (and after leveling up a ton) it's not impossible to take her down. We have a guide on how to defeat Regan that players can reference if they need help. Go out there and solve (brutally defeat) this mystery!
Who doesn't love a little hide and seek? Players need to approach three children talking together beneath a tree. Once they do, they'll be invited to play hide and seek! Unlike most games, the player will actually be the one hiding. Try to find a good hiding spot in some bushes or something similar to try and keep out of sight. Once the kids finally fail, this World Event is completed.
Players need to work their way to the longhouse in the center of Northwic to get Edmond's Arrows. If they head inside the longhouse, they can see there are loot indicators near the throne there. If players pick up the items, a woman will come in and tell Eivor that the arrows are sacred and she'll buy them. If players sell the arrows to the woman, this World Event is complete.
Players can spot a white cat in the middle of Northwic. Her name is Nali, and when players go to speak to it, a child will run up to it and the cat will run off. Players need to follow the cat until it stops once again, then speak to it again. Nali will jump into Eivor's arms. AWWWWW!
The child will tell Eivor that the cat hasn't allowed anyone to pick it up since its owner dies. Eivor jokes that they now have another member of the raiding crew, and players will actually spot the cat there next time they get on the longboat. Viking kitty raider? Viking kitty raider!
It's time to help a child named Asta get their horseback! Hear to the northeast end of Northwic to find Asta attempting to call their horse near the banks of the river there. Players can follow the prompt the game provides to focus on the horse across the river. Once they get the horse and ride it back to Asta, this World Event is complete.
No, he's not that Thor! He's not even the Thor of ancient legends either, though it's not impossible to find connections to that Thor in the game as well. This Thor is just a simple Fishmonger that players will have to defeat.

He's actually a serious challenge to take down as he has some incredibly speedy spear thrusts and some attacks that are actually unblockable. Make sure to come to the Wensum River prepared. It's just northeast of Northwic.
Head to the carved wooden pillar covered in flowers in Northwic. There, players will encounter Chadwick, Monger of Gossip. When he insults Eivor and challenges them to a Flyt, accept and choose these answers.
- Then you’re speaking to fools and their knowledge is flawed.

- Then you’ve clearly misheard them, my wit is immense
Choose these correct answers to win the Flyt and all the glory that comes with it.
There is a large vertical stone near the Ruined Tower that has red arrow inscriptions on it. All Eivor has to do is make an offering of 200 silver. The sound of giggling will happen behind them, but when they turn around no one will be there. Spooky!
From here, a notification will pop up to alert the player that they finished the offering. Several green footprints will also appear on the ground, which is important in finding the Green Children of Anglia World Event.
This World Event is actually based on a story from real life which makes it even cooler to complete. Players should follow the green footprints from Cedd's Stone after they make the offering there. It's easy to spot the lanterns hanging from the trees and eventually, players will see a campsite near an elevated wooden platform. Eivor will find the children that took their money from Cedd's Stone, who will give them St. Martin’s Seal Necklace.
This one can take a while to complete compared to the other World Events in the area, but it's absolutely worth it. Players can find a shack of sorts with a tarp roof they need to go into. There's a hole there that players need to jump down (don't worry, there's hay to give Eivor a soft landing).
Players need to bring out a torch and carefully head forward until they reach a cursed area. Players should destroy the bull's head there, break the curse, and climb up the ladder nearby. Players should continue on until they see a black flag with a skull on it. Players should enter that room and break the pots there to claim the Mysterious Hilt Tablet inside.
It's not too hard to spot Seahenge on the northern coast of East Anglia. Players should read the rock by Brenden of Clonfert to learn about the symbol they need to form. This can be a difficult puzzle to solve, but we have a guide on how to solve the Standing Stones Seahenge puzzle for anyone that needs it! Solve the puzzle and reap the rewards.
Players should keep to the coast but head west from Seahenge until they reach a rocky cliff that overlooks the sea. Players will need to carefully stack stones here until they reach a certain height. It takes a good bit of dexterity — players should make sure the stones have a solid grip before letting them go. Once the stones are stacked high enough. the Cairn is complete.
