Animal Crossing: New Horizons is the latest in the life simulator series from Nintendo. Part of the appeal for players is logging in throughout the weeks to experience new activities or visit with the townsfolk. Animal Crossing: New Horizons has upped the ante when it comes to timed events with unique rewards. The Festivale update is currently out and running, so check out this guide to find feathers for Pavé fast.
The signature peacock first made his appearance in Animal Crossing: City Folk back in 2008. Since then, Pavé is now appearing in Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the Festivale event. Like the other seasonal activities so far, players can earn special rewards for delivering a resource to the event's NPC. In this case, fans need to bring a variety of different color feathers to Pavé to earn the Festivale items.

First things first, there are four different feather colors that can be found exploring, with one special type rarely appearing. Feathers can drop as blue, green, purple, or red versions. That said, there is also a special rainbow feather that can be found floating around too. To meet Pavé's requirements and reach the full potential for Festivale, players need to collect as many of these feathers as possible. Make sure to build a couple of decent bug catching nets or buy a handful after upgrading Nook's Cranny in New Horizons.
If there is trouble finding feathers in the wild, try speaking to villagers in the town. Occasionally, the townsfolk will be willing to trade for feathers they have collected. In addition, speak to the peacock to get the rainbow feather recipe, which allows crafting of Pavé's most desired New Horizons DIY. While it requires one of each color feather, use the trading system to get just the ones necessary for the rainbow type. By collecting groups of three, these can be given to Pavé for one of the 9 available Festivale items. One thing to note is the item will come in the same color as the stack of feathers given to the peacock.
Fans looking to get through the event quickly will need to gather every item before getting access to the Festivale Float. Of the collection, there are pieces like a flag, confetti machine, and special lamps. After completing this grind, it is now time to acquire the last piece. Up to this point, the player will have wanted to save up rainbow feathers. By gathering nine of these and handing them over to Pavé, the float can be earned. After this, players can open their islands for Dream Visits to show off the colorful flair of the Festivale items.
