A Call of Duty: Warzone streamer encounters another hacker winning a round despite Activision's increased anti-cheat measures.

Call of Duty: Warzone has been making an effort to gain control of its hacker epidemic. After community pressure increased, streamers leaving the game, and many other complaints, the game's developer instituted a massive ban against hackers. While the Call of Duty: Warzone community has had less of a problem since then, it appears that hackers may be returning despite Activision's efforts.

Activision announced a ban of over 60,000 player accounts alongside a promise to fix its anti-cheat methods. For a moment, Activision seemed to be solving the hacking problem, but now hackers are slowly returning to Call of Duty: Warzone. First spotted by the streaming community, the game's population may once again be face to face with cheating players within Verdansk.

In a recent stream, Call of Duty: Warzone fan Syndicate encountered a hacking player and was absolutely stunned. The hacking player is seen in clips taking down Warzone enemies with a Kar98k from incredible distances, and even guns down the last opponent through a wall with no line of sight. "Didn't [Activision] literally just put out like another tweet, being like 'we're so proud that we've just banned another wave, and we've stepped up our anti-cheat,'" the streamer commented while spectating the player. Despite all the bans and community pressure, some players are saying that the problem may be returning again with little resistance.

Syndicate is among the many Call of Duty: Warzone content creators pledging to leave the game when a better option makes an appearance. After repetitive problems caused by the hackers in Warzone, many= banded together to stand up and say that they have had enough. Call of Duty: Warzone is not the fair and competitive game it once was, and the community is aware of it.

With the footage, there is a possibility that this player will receive a ban. Across the game, fans are seeing more active measures being placed by the Call of Duty: Warzone developers to curb cheating. While anti-cheat measures have improved, many are wondering if it will be enough to stem the next wave.

Till then, fans can only sit by and watch as hackers either return or are controlled as promised. The streaming and content-creator community seems dedicated to their pledge, but they could still change their mind if Call of Duty: Warzone truly changes their anti-cheat methods.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
