GTA Online is offering players a free Dinka Verus, from the Cayo Perico Heist, along with a litany of gameplay benefits for the next week.

A day after Rockstar celebrated the twelfth anniversary of the DLC release Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and the Damned, it has revealed a new bonus for Grand Theft Auto Online players that will last for the next few weeks. This is the most recent event that rewards players for hopping back into the seedy world of San Andreas, where treacherous heists marry well with the brutal free-for-all PvP experience that stretches across the vibrant and creative world of San Andreas.

The current event is once again coupled with bonuses for diving into the heft of content that Rockstar readily offers in the world of Grand Theft Auto Online, tempting players eager to gain an upper hand to explore the playlists of races and missions that span the virtual state of anarchy.

Rockstar is offering players that log in between now and March 3, 2021, the Dinka Verus for free: a strong and capable ATV that finds itself most comfortable off of the roads. The quad bike can seat only two and typically costs $192,000 from Warstock Cache & Carry. While the lack of any protective covering surrounding the passengers does make an easy target for handheld weaponry from others within the server, the top speed offered of 71 MPH (prior to modding) and its ease of handling difficult terrain could offer daring characters an advantage in the more northern reaches of Blaine County.

Players will need to load up the Warstock Cache & Carry website in Grand Theft Auto Online, find the Dinka Verus, and note that the price is currently listed as 'Free.' The Verus will continue to be free to claim via the website until March 3rd.

Coupled with this announcement from Rockstar comes the relatively standard gamut of bonuses that will last until February 24th. This includes double rewards in open-wheel races (featuring the San Andreas Prix) while Contact Missions offering doubled experience and cash with blistering getaways and bizarre characters. Finally, if fans Biker Gang has a bit of excess in stock with illicit productions, all sales of Biker products will net players a double profit.

The Dinka Verus is a new vehicle added during the Cayo Perico Heist update that released on December 15, 2020. This makes this temporary offer an attractive prospect for collectors of San Andreas that haven't yet peeked at the newest vehicles added in support of an island heist. Rockstar has clearly not even begun to draw down its content development for Grand Theft Auto Online, and more events will be released in the future that continues to add unique vehicles to the gargantuan roster.

Grand Theft Auto Online is now available for PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
