Anyone who has ever walked into a collectible card shop knows how exciting it is to get a close look at a highly graded super rare foil or early printing of a valuable card. NFL linebacker Cassius Marsh has always loved card games like Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Magic: The Gathering and he has acquired an amazing collection of foils, rares, and limited edition cards. The Pittsburgh Steeler is now sharing his enthusiasm for the hobby by opening his own card shop, Cash Cards Unlimited.
Cash Cards Unlimited opens to the public on February 26 and fans who make it to the store are going to get a chance to see a pretty amazing collection of cards. The store sounds like it was a crazy stock at opening and the list of cards available or on display is only going to grow once doors open to the public and more collections are sold to Cash Cards Unlimited. Game Rant recently had a chance to sit down with Cassius Marsh and discuss some of the craziest items the store currently has on display.

During the interview Marsh talked mostly about Magic: The Gathering with Game Rant, but the store stocks a lot more than just MtG cards. When it comes to the coolest items in the stores current collection, Marsh thinks it might be a toss up between a handful of highly graded Pokemon cards and his favorite member of the MtG Power Nine...
Game Rant: Is there an item or a set of items that are in the store that you think are the coolest thing or the most valuable? What's the thing that if someone came to the store, you would want to show them?
Cassius Marsh: We've got some great stuff... We've got some Unlimited Charizard (graded) nines. We've got a 8.5 Timetwister from Unlimited, which is probably my second favorite card behind Misty Rainforest.
Marsh went on to talk a bit more about why the Timetwister is so exciting in his opinion...
Cassius Marsh: It’s so powerful. It's one of the power nine cards. It's very, you know, iconic. So Timetwister is probably like Magic-wise my prized item. It's actually not even for sale here in the store. It's just, it's just up because I'm proud of it. And I didn't want to keep it in, you know, in a safe anymore, but, as, you know, the store gets bigger and um, more people bring us stuff to sell them on consignment. You know, everything in here will be for sale. And, you know, we've, we've got some really crazy collections coming to us.
As the store continues to grow after doors open to the public, it will be very exciting to see how the collection grows and what other exciting sports and trading cards end up on display in the shop. Fans of Marsh and collectible card games who aren't in California can follow along with what his happening at the store by keeping an eye on Marsh's social media accounts or watching the live breaks on the store's instagram account.
Cash Cards Unlimited opens to the public on Friday, February 26, 2021.
