The month of February has many new video game options for the Nintendo Switch, creating continual success for Nintendo.

February has been another banner month for Nintendo. The Big N has dominated sales in Japan, the UK, and the States, both in terms of hardware and software sales. In celebration of the plethora of video game options that were released on the Nintendo Switch in the month of February, Nintendo just released a charming video.

Nintendo's "The Download" is a short but sweet montage of sorts that it releases each month to showcase the games that were made available to purchase digitally. Even in a truncated month like February, some heavy-hitters came to play for Nintendo.

The highlight of the video--and the month--is the highly-received Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. The game has topped the charts in terms of sales since the moment it launched. Even with Mario stealing the show, the video began with the indie Blue Fire, and other lesser-known games were given their time to shine such as Nuts, Hero-U: Rogue to Redemption, and Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos. "The Download" video is a great chance for Nintendo to highlight indie developed or smaller-scale projects.

Another big Switch exclusive for the month of February is generally well-received Bravely Default 2. The RPG made its debut on the 3DS and transitioned adequately to Nintendo's hybrid console.

Persona 5: Strikers is yet another massive game that launched in February for the Switch as well as the PS4. Haven released in early February, just making the list. The game also was a good fit for Valentine's month, as there are themes of love and romance in the RPG. There were even some creepy games that snuck into the video and onto the Switch in the month of February, including Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection and horror indie Little Nightmares 2.
