There seems to be no limit to the amount of promotional events Capcom is willing to activate to celebrate the upcoming launch of Monster Hunter Rise. Not only is the company hosting a series of Monster Hunter live stream events in March, but its official cafe located in Japan is changing its theme to match that of Monster Hunter Rise.
Most fans are likely to agree that Japan is the home of all themed cafes, be it anime or video game related. In fact, just recently, the Pokemon franchise announced that all its Pokemon Cafes will include Hoenn Pokemon in their latte drink designs, as a celebration of the series' 25th anniversary. With the Monster Hunter series of games originally from Japan, it is no wonder that the company is exerting effort in promoting the game within its own region.

Capcom shared the news on an official Twitter post by the cafe's Japanese account, stating that Japanese fans can visit the Capcom Cafe from the launch of Monster Hunter Rise on March 26, 2021. Interested fans who are based in the region will need to travel to Aeon Lake Town in Saitama in order to see the themed set-up for themselves.
The team also shared the cafe's key visual in the post, showing off some of the new NPCs in Monster Hunter Rise. They are seen enjoying popular Japanese snacks such as rice balls and cakes, while surrounded by some of the game's iconic creatures. Though no information on what kind of food, beverages, and goods will be sold at the Capcom Cafe has been shared yet, fans can guess that they will be traditionally-themed, just like the upcoming game.
The Capcom Cafe's Monster Hunter Rise theme will run from March 26 until April 22, 2021. Japanese fans and players who are interested to visit are encouraged to reserve their slots in the cafe's official site.
Monster Hunter Rise is slated for release this March 26, 2021 for the Nintendo Switch.
