CD Projekt has responded to another lawsuit filed against it.

It looks liked a new class action lawsuit has been filed against Cyberpunk 2077 developer and publisher CD Projekt in the United States.

This is the second one of those CDP had to respond to this year, and it follows the one filed on December 24, also in the United States.

According to a note posted on CD Projekt’s investor website, the new lawsuit has a similar claim to the one filed in December. That class action lawsuit alleges that CD Projekt mislead investors about the state of the game on last-gen consoles.

“The Company will undertake vigorous action to defend itself against any such claims,” CD Projekt said in response, which is also the same one it had for the other lawsuit.

It seems things continue to get worse for CD Projekt. After publishing an apology to players claiming that many of the problems on PS4 and Xbox One were not found during testing, a Bloomberg report refuted those claims, revealing that studio leadership was aware of how severe the problems on PS4 and Xbox One were, among other damning revelations.

As it stands, CD Projekt Red continues to work on patches that will arrive throughout the year, starting with a big update in the next few days, followed by another in February. The developer does not know when the game will return to the PlayStation Store.
