Recently, Call of Duty: Warzone fans have been dying unexpectedly to an unknown glitch. There are several bugs within Call of Duty: Warzone that can give a player a distinct advantage over their enemies. From the infinite stim glitch to shadowy skins, Call of Duty: Warzone players tend to find any way to gain an advantage. In a Reddit clip posted by Exxxtra_Dippp, the player is seen within a round of King Slayer in Call of Duty: Warzone. The player has the high ground and is gunning down an enemy, which results in a successful kill. As they move forward, they can see a small red crown hovering that represents the "King" player. Despite seeing the crown, the player seems to be invisible and promptly guns down the confused Reddit user. This acts as confirmation as the infamous "Invisibility Glitch" has returned to Call of Duty: Warzone.
It is unclear how the player managed to become invisible, but the clip serves as proof that it is possible. Previously, there were two main ways to become invisible and invoke the bug. The most popular method involved glitching a player inside of a Call of Duty: Warzone loadout drops and then looting the box.
The less popular method involved a player despawning while loading back into the game. While this method was harder to trigger, it did result in a more permanent invisibility state for most fans. Call of Duty: Warzone was plagued by invisible players for several weeks, but the developer implemented a quick patch that resolved the issue. Now it seems that their work has become undone as something within King Slayer is allowing the glitch to manifest once again.
It is unknown how wide-spread this glitch is, but if it has returned to normal Call of Duty: Warzone modes as well, then fans will have another problem to watch out for. Call of Duty: Warzone's developers tend to be quick to repair problems like this, but at the moment, it seems they are unaware that the glitch has returned at all.
Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
