Many Dungeons and Dragons players have shifted their games to a digital format in the past year and taken advantage of optional tools like DnD Beyond to help keep their campaigns running smoothly. DnD Beyond has a ton to offer and, despite not including a built-in virtual tabletop, its character sheets and encounter builder make it one of the most popular digitals DnD tools on the market. In addition to the other features, the tool recently also started offering digital dice for players to purchase or unlock, as well.
The basic set of digital dice is free and and most of the cooler additional sets are available through microtransactions or rewards for certain purchases. The recently revealed Researcher's Dice, for example, can be unlocked by pre-ordering the upcoming Dungeons and Dragons supplemental book. Candelkeep Mysteries, on DnD Beyond. The Researcher's Dice have a pretty cool effect when rolled and cannot be purchased through the usual Marketplace on DnD Beyond.

Rather the purchasing the dice set through the Marketplace, players can only unlock the Researcher's Dice by pre-ordering Candlekeep Mysteries by tonight at midnight. The book launches tomorrow, which means today is the last chance to lock in a pre-order and obtain the full list of rewards...

Candlekeep Mysteries is a book full of standalone mysteries for players level 1-16. The sourcebook should be a fantastic addition to any dungeon master's collection, especially if they are running a homebrew campaign and just need some extra side adventures to drop in from time to time. The book likely won't be quite as useful for player's and doesn't contain any new character options or anything like that.
Seventeen self contained mystery-themed adventures
Short bite-sized content for easy consumption and preparation
Each adventure begins with the discovery of a book, and each book is the key to a door behind which danger and glory await
A variety of levels of play, spanning the breadth of the game for easy adaptation
Usable in any game in or out of the Forgotten Realms
Includes a poster map of the library fortress itself and detailed descriptions of Candlekeep and its inhabitants.
Although Candlekeep is an established location in one specific plane on the multiverse, the adventures contained can very easily be dropped into just about any setting at the DM's discretion with just a bit of customization and creativity.
Dungeons and Dragons: Candlekeep Mysteries releases March 16 in game shops and digitally on DnD Beyond.
