Marvel Studios and Sony's Spider-Man: No Way Home star Tom Holland revealed he wants to appear on co-star Zendaya's HBO series Euphoria.

The typically candid Tom Holland has been discussing Spider-Man: No Way Home during the press junket for his Apple TV+ drama, Cherry. However, the actor has now stated that he’d love to reunite with his Spider-Man co-star Zendaya on HBO’s Euphoria.

Holland and Zendaya first shared the screen in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming and they are set to reprise their roles as Peter Parker/Spider-Man and MJ in Spider-Man: No Way Home. The film is being directed by Jon Watts and will take place following the latest sequel, Spider-Man: Far From Home. Holland has asserted that No Way Home is the most ambitious standalone superhero film he’s ever been a part of. The 24-year-old star has also promised his third Spider-Man film will deliver everything audiences might expect from a superhero blockbuster.

Holland has revealed that his Spider-Man contract ends after No Way HomeThe actor made his MCU debut in Captain America: Civil War and has played Peter Parker in five films to date. Noting how lucky he is to have landed the role, Holland has made clear that he would be willing to continue playing Spider-Man if the powers that be are interesting in working with him again.

While Holland’s future in the MCU is uncertain, he has made it clear that he would love to have a cameo in Zendaya's HBO series Euphoria with fellow Spider-Man co-star Jacob Batalon. During an interview with Collider, Holland said, “I'd love to be in Euphoria, but with Jacob Batalon. I'd love for us to just be in the background of one of Zendaya’s scenes, just because they're two of my best friends and I would love to do anything with them, but also I love that show so it'd be nice to be a part of that.” The HBO series premiered in 2019 and was created by Sam Levinson. Zendaya plays Rue Bennet, a recovering teenage drug addict who struggles to find her place in the world. Not only did the series take home three Emmys last year, but Zendaya also became the youngest Emmy winner for Best Lead Actress in Drama and the second Black woman to win the prestigious award.

Zendaya and Holland have a busy few years in front of them. Holland will play Nathan Drake in Uncharted, an upcoming live-action movie adaptation of the best-selling video game series of the same name. The film is a prequel to the game series and will focus on a much younger version of the character. Holland has said that if Indiana Jones and James Bond had had a baby, it would be Nathan Drake.

Meanwhile, Zendaya will next be seen playing Chani in director Denis Villeneuve’s Dune. The long-awaited thriller is based on Frank Herbert’s 1965 science-fiction novel, which takes place roughly 20,000 years in the future. The film’s loaded ensemble cast includes Timothée Chalamet as Paul Atreides, Rebecca Ferguson as Lady Jessica, Oscar Isaac as Duke Leto Atreides, and Josh Brolin as Gurney Halleck. After numerous pandemic-related delays, Dune is set to premiere in theatres and on HBO Max this October.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is scheduled to be released on December 17, 2021.
