Call of Duty: Warzone has seen its share of alternative controllers among the streaming community. While some fans enjoy using musical instruments, others choose to bind their controls to food. A Call of Duty: Warzone streamer has taken a bite out of the competition with his gluten-filled alternative controller option.
It is impressive to see Call of Duty controlled with a drum set or flute, but now a streamer is taking things to the next level. As players continue to battle it out in this battle royale, alternative controllers are slowly becoming more common. Call of Duty: Warzone has rules against using modded controllers, but none of those rules count towards a baguette.

Shared on Reddit by _Rudeism is a clip from the user's most recent stream. The clip shows the player holding a loaf of french bread with wires and buttons coming out of it. While he is holding the loaf as a weapon, the game is responding to his movements as he quickly navigates the environment. He is seen moving quickly as he grabs a gun in the game, dives off a balcony, and quickly guns down an enemy player with nothing but his baguette. The Call of Duty: Warzone player's controller may not be practical, but it does seem to be outclassing at least a few opponents.
In the comments, players make jokes about how this streamer is gunning down his enemies with food. There is a realization made that the enemies may never know what has just occurred, and if they did, it would be confusing to explain how it is possible. Call of Duty: Warzone streamers often attempt feats like this, but it is not often they perform as well as this fan has with a loaf of bread.
The streamer explained how his alternative Call of Duty: Warzone controller works in the comments. The baguette is filled with a handful of buttons, a gyroscope, and some electrical tape. It handled around 8 hours of gameplay before falling apart, which seems impressive for a baguette controller.
Food for controls is something that is slowly growing more popular in the gaming community. Streamers have done it as feats, and even Sony has patented a banana controller option. While it may not be practical, it is at least a tastier option to controlling a fast-paced competitive shooter game. What this build lacks in practicality, it easily makes up for in creativity.
Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
