In spite all of the performance issues that Cyberpunk 2077 still suffers from, there's a large amount of content for players to enjoy within the game. With memorable NPCs and side quests, there are a lot of events that are actively occurring in the world of Cyberpunk 2077 outside of what the player is currently experiencing. Even after being out for a decent amount of time, players are still encountering new things.
It's clear that Cyberpunk 2077 has a lot of ongoing issues that have negatively impacted the experience of some players, but the game still has a lot for players to enjoy. There are a lot of weird things to do and see in Cyberpunk 2077, the majority of which most players likely won't discover during their initial playthrough.

This includes an apparent rocket shuttle launch that Reddit user RyeBreadCC witnessed from a distance while doing an in-game mission. As of right now, the rocket launch does not appear to hold any sort of relevance to any story events. It's possible that the rocket launch could relate to future Cyberpunk 2077 DLC, which could potentially take the player away from Night City and into space.
There are plenty of secrets and Easter eggs in Cyberpunk 2077, many of which are difficult to find even for those who have sunk hundreds of hours in. However, the difference between those secrets and this rocket launch is that often times, the secrets relate to some other property significant to developer CD Projekt Red or video games in general. Comparatively, this rocket launch seems to be somewhat out of place.
Then again, it's possible this rocket launch was put in the game just to make the world feel much more detailed and alive. Small details like this often let the player know that other things can happen in the world of the game outside of what the player is currently experiencing. For instance, Far Cry 3 players could sometimes notice wild animals attacking enemy NPCs completely unrelated to what the player was doing.
In any case, despite not always functioning properly, it's clear that the world envisioned for Cyberpunk 2077 is expansive and intricate. There are numerous events and hidden locations in Cyberpunk 2077 that players are actively discovering to this day. For those who enjoy this game, the upcoming DLC should hopefully continue to please.
Cyberpunk 2077 is available on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions also in development.
