Knut, an IRL streamer who focuses on fitness and bodybuilding, caught what looks like a shoplifting incident on camera during a stream.

Twitch is no stranger to drama by any means, but it can range anywhere from severe to hilarious. While Dr Disrespect's ban lands more on the bad drama side, one recent experience seems more on the humorous side.

The streamer in question, Knut, does regular IRL streams on Twitch, with his main focus being on health and bodybuilding. Knut himself is a regular bodybuilder, and uses his streams to discuss all parts of a healthy, strength building lifestyle, from gym routines to healthy eating. It was during a section focusing on the latter, taking place in a supermarket, where Knut caught something very interesting on camera.

At the moment in question, Knut is examining a pack of two frozen pizzas, looking at and reading its dietary value aloud for his viewers. Meanwhile, in the background, someone walks around a corner while casually slipping something into his coat. While the object is difficult to make out, it seems very likely that Knut inadvertently caught a shoplifter. While not the first time a crime has been witnessed by a stream, it is one of the less harmful ones, and the coincidence is a bit funny.

What exactly was being stolen is not clear, but the moment is immortalized in a Twitch highlight. Knut also filmed himself reviewing the clip and was clearly amused by how the shoplifter was "yoinking" so blatantly. In the clip itself, it's clear that Knut had no idea what was going on, although whether he would have interfered or not is unknown. IRL streams can get dicey at the best of times, and some streamers have had to come up with strategies to make them work. Perhaps as a result of this Knut may look around more actively next time he goes to a supermarket.

While IRL livestreams are very popular on Twitch, they are never without risks. In this case, it's possible Knut may have to help find the man in question. Whether or not he has already gotten involved in any way is unknown at this time. In other cases, streams can get decidedly dangerous.

What will come of this incident is currently unknown. At this point, it is unclear if what was seen was indeed a shoplifting crime or if the clip was showing something more innocent and it was just a misunderstanding.
