Xbox announces it's adding touch controls to over 50 more games, including titles like Gears 5, Tell Me Why, and Sea of Thieves.

Since its debut, Xbox Cloud Gaming has been fast developing a reliable way for players to enjoy huge games through nothing more than a phone and an internet connection. One of its latest additions to that service was the integration of touch controls, making it easier than ever for players to hop into some of the company's biggest first-party titles on a mobile device while commuting to work.

Today, Xbox announced it's adding touch controls to over 50 Cloud-enabled games, continuing to make significant titles easily accessible while on the go. The games in question vary from iconic shooters to popular RPGs, including Gears 5, Sea of Thieves, Tell Me Why, Dragon Quest 11: Echoes of an Elusive Age, and Spiritfarer.

Other titles to make the cut are Don't Starve, Slay the Spire, Hello Neighbor, Viva Pinata, Telltale's The Walking Dead, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, and Desperados 3. It seems Xbox Cloud Gaming is quickly shaping up to be one of the most accessible ways to enjoy blockbuster experiences over the internet, offering a range of options to players using their phones or tablets to access the service.

Xbox Game Pass currently boasts a wide library games playable through the Cloud, ranging from classics like The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, Banjo-Kazooie, and the original Gears of War trilogy to modern behemoths like Control, Doom Eternal, and Dirt 5Although it boasts a lot of users, Xbox Cloud Gaming is still currently in beta, with Microsoft ensuring the service it's the best it can possibly be when it officially launches.

Outside of its Cloud-based endeavors, Game Pass has been wracking up some incredibly popular releases as of late, ensuring it remains one of the most lucrative offers on the market. The subscription-based service recently snagged People Can Fly's immensely popular co-op title Outriderswhile it also brought aboard Octopath Traveler, Yakuza 6: The Song of Life, and Undertale.

It was even announced today that the company will be bringing Grand Theft Auto 5 to Game Pass' console and Cloud variants, which is a huge get considering the title's rampant popularity. Alongside its seminal service, the company is currently giving out a batch of new games through Games with Gold, with April's lineup consisting of Vikings: Wolves of Midgard, Truck Racing Championship, Dark Void, and Hard Corps: Uprising. Microsoft continues to cement itself as the place to go for gamers on a budget, offering hundreds of great titles across its range of services.
