As players progress through Genshin Impact they will come to realize that regardless of what artifact sets have equipped, their characters are only as strong as their talent level. This guide will outline how and where Genshin Impact players can obtain the Diligence set of talent ascension materials and what is required to obtain it.

The Diligence set of talent ascension materials consists of Teachings of Diligence, Guide to Diligence, and Philosophies of Diligence. Teachings of Diligence are the lowest tier of the set, with Guide to Diligence serving as the mid-tier, and Philosophies of Diligence serving as the maximum tier of the material. It is important to note that the Diligence set is only used to level up the talents of; Ganyu, Chongyun, Hu Tao, Xiangling, and the geo-spec of the Traveler.

The primary method for players to obtain this talent ascension material is via the Taisha Mansion mastery domain which is located in the center of Jueyun Karst. Unsurprisingly, like all other talent ascension material sets, players are only able to obtain the material on three days of the week. The Diligence set can be obtained from the domain on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Depending on the level of the domain selected, players will either face Large Pyro Slimes with Pyro Abyss Mages on the lower levels or, Blazing Axe Mitachurls with Fatui Pyro Agents on the higher levels. As a result, it is recommended that players have at least one Cryo or Hydro elemental character in their party.

Players must spend a total of 20 resin each time they complete the domain in order to obtain the rewards. This grind can be somewhat alleviated by using condensed resin which allows players to obtain double the drops upon completing the domain for a cost of 40 original resin.

When players complete the domain, they will obtain rewards based on the difficulty selected, with Teachings and Guides of Diligence obtained from the lower difficulties, and Philosophies of Diligence obtained from the higher difficulties. Unfortunately, players are only able to select the higher difficulties if they meet the Adventure Rank requirements to take on the challenge.

If players have an overabundance of one of the lower tiers of the Diligence material set and require a higher tier to increase their talents, they can easily craft the material from any alchemy station. There, players can craft one Guide to Diligence in exchange for three Teachings of Diligence, or one Philosophies of Diligence in exchange for three Guide to Diligence.

Other ways to obtain the material include various limited timed events such as the Contending Tides Arena, or the Gnostic Hymn Battle Pass, which allows players to obtain one set of Talent Ascension materials for every 5 levels gained.
