While most of the recent leaks for Call of Duty: Warzone have been tied to the nuke event or the map that will supposedly follow, a few new rumors focus on some fresh vehicle additions. Call of Duty: Warzone will apparently be seeing 8 fresh vehicles scattered throughout the map, many of which could tie into Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.

Thus far, Call of Duty: Warzone’s integration with Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has had no impact on the vehicle lineup for the battle royale game. However, this may change soon, as the game has code in place for several unused vehicle options. Reputable leaker ZestyCODLeaks showed off this code in a Twitter post, and while some of the items have code names, fans should be able to get a general idea of what they will play like whenever they arrive.

The first vehicle mentioned is “Big Bird,” and it will likely be a large helicopter variant. Provided that it is less buggy than the attack helicopter, this should be a fine addition, with the aerial transport likely being more durable at the cost of speed. A Police Car addition seems straight forward, allowing for some speed, while a Box Truck should serve as a slower mode of transportation. The Medical Transport is an interesting mention, as it could indicate some new mechanics tied to reviving teammates.

ZestyCODLeaks also spotlights a Pickup Truck, a Van, and a Personnel Transport — with the Transport likely having an exposed backside that players can shoot from. The same feature may be available for the Pickup Truck as well, though it likely would only hold one person. It seems that most of these Call of Duty: Warzone vehicles have a counterpart in-game already, and this may be an intentional decision so that they can serve as proper replacements.

Assuming this leak proves true, players can expect these cars and trucks to be older models so that they fit with the 1980s re-design of Verdansk. It is also worth noting that ZestyCODLeaks made a follow-up post that added to the list of vehicles, with the “Light FAV” supposedly on the way. This car holds two players and looks just like the one from the intro cutscene for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s Satellite map. It also has a minigun available, making it the most unique vehicle from this leak.

While nothing official has been said about these new vehicles, the most likely time for their arrival is Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3. With the upcoming content drop supposedly bringing the nuke event and 1980s Verdansk to players, these vehicle additions could only make the update more exciting.
